El hotel tiene un personal muy profesional. Buen desayuno...variado y rico. Depende de la hora en que se baje se tiene que hacer un poco de cola por las medidas covid. La habitación muy limpia. TLDR: The Hotel Luc met minimum expectations of a luxury hotel, but its management failed to address a simple incident, ultimately impacting a very meaningful trip, during which I got engaged. When planning my recent trip to Berlin, I debated between Hotel Luc and the Westin, ultimately choosing the former. Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Luc has left me regretting this decision. A luxury boutique hotel should excel in room decor, cleanliness, accessible amenities, and courteous staff. However, what truly sets a luxury hotel apart is its management's ability to provide tailored service to guests in handling incidents or requests. So what happened? I got engaged on this trip and wanted to capture the moment in photos around Berlin. Excitedly putting on my favorite cotton dress shirt, I used the hotel iron on the cotton setting. Shockingly, the iron burned huge hole in my shirt, turning the fabric into plastic that stuck to the iron. Immediately, I reported the incident to the front desk, who directed me to email the manager. The manager’s response: “I am very sorry that your shirt apparently could not withstand the heat of the iron and was irreparably damaged. However, I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a refund/ reimbur*****t for this. The use of irons in the room is at your own risk and we are not liable in this case. As it concerns the rear collar area, I hope that you will receive goodwill from the manufacturer by explaining the situation and explicitly pointing out that you have only selected the lowest ironing heat - this may change the liability towards the manufacturer.” In summary, the hotel manager: - Refuses to admit the iron was faulty - Denied any liability - Shifted blame to the clothing manufacturer (Bonobos) - Suggests that I should lie to the clothing manufacturer about the iron setting Upon returning to the US, I filed a complaint with Marriott, which accidentally directed my complaint to the wrong hotel (Moxy). Despite the error, Moxy, an international Marriott brand, promptly offered reimbur*****t, no questions asked. When I corrected the mistake and told them it was the Hotel Luc that was liable, the Hotel Luc manager continued to deny responsibility. A few takeaways from this: - Stay at a larger international brand when traveling abroad for better support - The Hotel Luc failed to address common incident, refusing accountability, while an international brand quickly addressed the issue While the Hotel Luc met my minimum expectations of a luxury hotel, its management’s failure to address a simple request ultimately impacted a very meaningful trip.

Delicioso desayuno, buena ubicación. Pero no hacen check-out tarde como hacen los hoteles más distinguidos. La habitación es espaciosa pero mi habitación tiene un techo abrasado, esto puede ser debido al edificio que impacta ciertas habitaciones, pero no me gusta este tipo de construcción porque hace que la habitación se siente aburrida Imagen de la lobby del hotel

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

Fui con mi pareja a descubrir esta bonita y espectacular ciudad. El hotel es de película , de hecho lo vimos posteriormente en una serie de Netflix. Fui recomendado por unos amigos que habían ido al Westin de NY y la verdad que el de Berlín no fue para nada una mala opción. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Se preocuparon de que no tuviéramos ninguna duda sobre el hotel. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna.

Bit out of the city centre so used app for taxis but not to far from mall of Berlin. A couple of Asian restaurants within a few hundred metres of hotel which were great

Estuvimos tres noches en este hotel y estuvo muy bien, empezando por el check in porque la habitacion estaba lista y nos dejaron pasar antes del tiempo. La habitacion no era muy amplia pero estaba bien, la cama super comoda, nosotros dormimos super bien. La habitacion tiene todo lo que necesitas Kettle, cafe , te, (esto es muy importate para mi) secador, caja fuerte, el baño muy comodo y limpio, tiene el desayuno incluido y la verdad que hay variedad de todo, panes, fruta, pancakes, huevos cocido etc etc.... a nost nos cojio un domingo y ese dia estaba a full porque justo habia una media marathon y el hotel estaba full. Tienes un lidl cerca y otro supermercado por si necesitas comprar algo 3 min andando, el metro esta a 5 min andando, puedes ir andando a los sitios de interes, te hechas como media hora pero a medida que vas viendo cosas pues se te pasa el tiempo rapido, la verdad esta bien ubicado, aprox 15 min del Check point Charlie. haa!! se me olvidaba que hay personal en la recepcion que habla español, muy formales, especialmente Cristian, un chico Colombiano super formal, nos dió mucha informacion que necesitabamos, Definitivamente volveria a este hotel.

In the room was very good, but it was very good. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, y la habitación era muy buena. La mañana siguiente, iba a preguntar al receptor si podían ayudar ofreciendo una habitación diferente, pero el receptor sólo hablaba alemán. Le dije que, dado que no podía ayudarme, me iba a revisar y pedir una devolución por las noches que no me quedé, lo que creo que es justo. Miré en el sitio para encontrar la dirección de correo electrónico adecuada para discutir con el gerente una manera de procesar una devolución mientras reservaba una estancia de 9 noches pero sólo permanecía 1 noche. El gerente envía un correo más tarde en el día diciendo que vamos a ver otras habitaciones y me siento como si ya me hubieran verificado porque nadie estaba en el sitio a las 9:00 en el viernes para ayudar lo que es ridículo. Hasta ahora, todavía no he recibido una devolución, y probablemente han decidido alquilar la habitación a alguien más. Esta propiedad me robó. Ellos están guardando el dinero que pagué por un servicio que no proporcionaron, que es la definición de robo.

Mejor Un paseo puede llegar a los principales puntos turísticos Limpieza y limpieza El costo de la lavandería (lavavajillas y secado) es de 5 euros. Peor. No hay cocina ni lavandería. En el oscuro camino El electrocutor es muy grueso. Los turbopropulsores no tienen que alquilar depósitos. No hay cocina, pero hay un servidor de agua al lado de la recepción. Otros comentarios dicen que hay ruido, pero no me siento muy bien. ¿No dejaron los grupos de estudiantes? Tal vez tengan suerte. Es un gran hotel, así que creo que será difícil si el baño y el baño están muy lejos. Eso también es suerte.

Buena ubicación, habitaciones pequeñas pero con instalaciones básicas y limpias. Es conveniente viajar, hay muchas atracciones alrededor y el aeropuerto cuesta unos 26 euros. La habitación reservada no incluía el desayuno, pero había un buffet en el primer piso, 12 euros para una persona. Para experimentar el desayuno local en Berlín, optamos por salir y desayunar en la panadería. El hotel ayuda a hacer la reserva de un taxi y debe pagar el servicio. El taxi real en la entrada del hotel no es difícil de llamar. Al salir del hotel, es un taxi negro. Se siente como si lo pasaran por alto.

Solemos viajar la madre con las 2 niñas y alojarnos en habitaciones triples. 3 mujeres, 3 maletas, 3 conjuntos de neceseres ;-) y a este hotel le damos de puntuación un 1000 xq es la habitación triple más grande que nos han dado en mucho tiempo. Además de estar muy céntrico y el personal muy amable. Si volvemos a Berlín, repetiremos hotel.

I have just spent 3 nights here in a twin room with a friend...A lovely quiet comfortable room over looking park. Very clean and well stocked with toiletries, loo roll , tissues and disposal bags. The staff were amongst the most pleasant I have come across in a long time, very helpful with local information etc. A very reasonably priced bar and fridge in the foyer for sandwiches, beer and wine. We had a very good deal at 110 Euros pp for 3 nights. Great location with nearby SBahn Anhalterbahnhof, with great connections to all the sights, though many are within walking distance. For example, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate, Holocaust Memorial, and part of the wall. A great stay!!!

La ubicación es muy buena, pero en realidad está en un lugar muy bueno, dependiendo de lo que quieres hacer y ver. No hay un escritorio delantero así que el inicio de la sesión fue un poco molesto ya que usted debe contactarlos antes de llegar allí para obtener el código a tiempo, pero no sabía que la reserva de Trip. Después de haber recibido el código, todo lo demás estaba bien, excepto su lavandería todavía no estaba abierta.
