Reserva previa si hay habitaciones libres no es complicado. Personal amable y útil. Especialmente el joven que tenía la capa de retraso 4.3-5.3.2020. Habitación 120 : Limpieza pero necesita urgentemente nuevos muebles en punto Couch ( urgentemente para sustituir) y asientos. Baño : A primera vista limpio - pero para algunas personas puede ser complicado entrar en un baño para duchar. Desayuno: El típico hotel Garni desayuno (con la necesidad de aprender a abrazar los panes ) Desafortunadamente, no se nos ha informado de que hay un edificio en el edificio, por lo que teníamos el ruido de la construcción a las 8 de la mañana. Pet- and tourist-unfriendly place. My latest experience very much resembled extortion. I was charged 100 euro for dog’s fur on the bedsheets and 150 euro for dog’s fur on the floor (the hotel representative had to put quite an effort into scraping some with her shoe) and an approx 0,5 mm brown-ish spot on the carpet which they claimed to be “blood” (considering that there was an approx 5 cm black stain on the carpet as of my checkin which hotel apparently didn’t see as something of an issue to me as a guest). I used to like this hotel (despite being placed on several occasions in rooms with obvious sewage issues), until I stayed there with my dog. I presented my dog at the reception at the checkin (that is the receptionist saw the dog). Paid 15 eur per day pet fee and proceeded to the room. No additional rules, policies or verbal requests were presented to me. My dog damaged a pouffe which I informed the hotel about at the checkout and happily paid whatever was asked of me (200 eur). In addition to that I was demanded to pay 100 eur for some fur on bedsheets and 150 eur for some fur on the floor as mentioned above. No oficial price list was presented. No explanation why 15 eur a day pet fee wasn’t covering washing blankets and vacuuming floor was provided, all my questions or logical arguments were ignored. The team of hotel representatives generously offered me a 50 eur discount on cleaning (which I didn’t ask for) only confirming that the amounts weren’t based on any actual price list, because if the hotel really suffered a loss of 250 eur why would they “gift” me 50 eur. I considered it to be an extortion and suggested to call the police. When I came back after 15 min the hotel still hadn’t called the police. As I had an urgent matter and had to leave, I paid the hotel whatever its staff demanded. I think what actually happened is the hotel staff had accidentally or recklessly placed us in a no-pet room (as there was a carpet, unlike in some other rooms. I was placed into that room after finding out the one I was initially given smelt of sewage - repeatedly happened before). And instead of charging their staff, they’ve charged me, so that they can do (if they actually do) for some deep cleaning after an animal to make it suitable again for people with allergies. Staff’s rudeness and ill attitude with me as a client weren’t in line with the hospitality filed’s even moderate standards. Most customers might find this hotel pleasant - which it is, until it is no longer.

Was soll man sagen? Die Zimmer waren gut und bequem 🙋‍♀️. Der Empfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 🥴 Das Frühstück sehr schlecht 🤮. Es wird mit Nachhaltigkeit geworben und man hat abgepackte Sachen bekommen. Das Personal kam nicht dazu ordentlich nachzulegen. Keine Becher, Messer , Eier…. Immer musste man nachfragen. Das Ei war dazu flüssig 🤮 142 Anmeldungen bei 42 Sitzplätzen. 🧐🧐🧐 Da ist jede Jugendherberge oder eine Pension besser bestückt. Wie kann man sich nur Hotel mit angeblichen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ nennen. Dazu über 400 Euro für 3 Personen 🥲 Viel zu teuer für schlechten Service.🥲

Llegamos a este hotel tarde por la noche. Iniciar el check-in fue rápido y eficiente. Reservamos 2 habitaciones entre los tres de nosotros. La habitación que estaba en tenía un área de salón. Un dormitorio y baño. Era muy limpio pero básico. La habitación de mis amigos tenía un cocina y bebidas en su interior. La habitación estaba caliente y las camas/toallas estaban inmaculadas. El baño era pequeño pero lo suficientemente pequeño para lo que necesito. En la recepción hay un bar/sala que tiene hermoso. Latte’s was3E each and had a basic menu in the evening of various pizza’s which I think was 7E. The staff was very friendly nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was 10E buffet style. La oferta de la ciudad es muy buena, pero no es fácil. Nos dirigíamos a 2 taxis y sólo usamos taxis porque fuimos visitantes de primera vez y no teníamos cargas de tiempo.

Staff were nice and pleasant. Good part of town with convenient transport links. Room was spacious and light. Able to open windows to a leafy quiet street. Style of interior isn't that of a super modern hotel.. it feels slightly dated but kept clean and tidy. Only bad points for me is the pungent stink coming from the bathroom, which I can only put down to old plumbing/drainage systems. A quite unbearable sulferous whiff which reached a highpoint in the morning 'showering' time... The aforementioned windows had to be opened wide. Apart from that it was fine, okay for a short stop Didn't partake in any of the dining or breakfast on offer

Nette Idee das die Familienzimmer zweitägig sind. Trotz Autobahn Nähe war es ruhig auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück war gut, MC Donalds und E Lader direkt um die Ecke. Viele Osteuropäische Arbeiter im Hotel und Abends manchmal etwas lauter. Klimaanlage auch zum Heizen top.

Lo único a valorar en positivo la amabilidad del personal de recepción y bufet,del hotel caben destacar varias cosas,habitación amplia pero muy sucia,con restos de comida y botellas vacía detrás de camas y moviliario,al parecer personal de limpieza aqui no se limpia.por otro lado el WiFi,simplemente pésimo la conexión,el ascensor decir que tienen tres elevadores de los cuales el mayor tiempo solo funciona 1.la gente prefiere subir a la habitación andando. Las almoadanas sin relleno y el colchon de camas pequeñas hundidos por completo,el tv sin canales internacionales,sin lugar a dudas no volveremos ni mi familia ni yo.

La habitación era muy agradable, pero no era muy agradable. Pagamos el impuesto turístico y tuvimos una habitación clave para nuestra habitación. Pagamos en línea alrededor de 80 Euro por noche y tuvimos una habitación con tres camas en la parte de atrás. La habitación era limpia y sencilla. Un escritorio con TV de pantalla grande, una ducha con un baño y una lavadora. La ducha estaba bien, pero no nos gustaban las cortinas de ducha. También el agua sería caliente durante unos cinco minutos pero no nos molestó. Limpieza diaria con nuevos ropa interior y toallas. La mañana puedes tener desayuno pero tienes que pagar por ello. El hotel está situado en el centro de Berlín, cerca de la Kurfurstenstrasse y la Dam.

El hotel está justo al lado de la estación de metro, lo cual es muy conveniente. La ubicación está justo debajo de la Isla de los Museos, lo que facilita el viaje hacia y desde el centro de la ciudad y la mayoría de las atracciones. El desayuno era de muy alto nivel y a un precio razonable. Sin embargo, no hay orificios de drenaje en el piso del baño, por lo que es mejor no dejar que el agua fluya hacia el piso al ducharse.
