Un concepto diferente y maravilloso de estancia, de calidad y con los detalles cuidadisimos, cerca del tranvía y con habitaciones preciosas en un Entorno increíble . Estuvimos antes de la pandemia , el lugar está en un sitio muy frecuentado y sin embargo nada ruidoso por cómo es la ubicación.

Fui con mi pareja a descubrir esta bonita y espectacular ciudad. El hotel es de película , de hecho lo vimos posteriormente en una serie de Netflix. Fui recomendado por unos amigos que habían ido al Westin de NY y la verdad que el de Berlín no fue para nada una mala opción. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Se preocuparon de que no tuviéramos ninguna duda sobre el hotel. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El personal es totalmente amigable a todos - desde los empresarios en las habitaciones de desayuno justo a nosotros tipos de viajeros en nuestra flecha polar y REI pantalones de viaje:) El desayuno es excelente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las habitaciones son increíbles. Tubo completo, ducha grande, espejos grandes, buena iluminación. Las toallas son L’Occitane. Hay un fabricante de café y pods. Las ubicacións son perfectas. Nos hemos dado una tonelada de caminar -y en caminar, vi muchos de los otros hoteles de Berlín que había considerado en mi investigación. Ninguno de los otros lugares es perfecto - especialmente para un primer turista a Berlín. Podríamos caminar a la Isla del Museo en menos de 10 minutos. 10 minutos a la La puerta de Brandenburg. 10 minutos a la zona de Checkpoint Charlie. No puedo felicitar al Regent suficiente. Es uno de esos raros hoteles que acaban de hacerlo bien para nosotros.

¡La ubicación es perfecta! ¡La plaza Alexanderplatz está justo detrás del hotel! ¡Es conveniente ya que muchas atracciones turísticas están a poca distancia y hay muchos restaurantes y centros comerciales! Esta es la mejor opción si estás planeando un viaje corto. ¡La vista estaba muy abierta, así que no estaba congestionado y estaba satisfecho! ¡Lo recomiendo! Sin embargo, no hay nevera en la habitación... Puede ser más decepcionante si reservaste el hotel en verano. Y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El baño es de vidrio transparente, por lo que puede no ser adecuado para qued**** con la familia (hay una cortina, pero no puede cubrirlo todo). Si planeas quedarte en Berlín por un largo período de tiempo y no viajas con una familia del mismo sexo, es posible que debas pensarlo. Sin embargo, debido a que la ubicación es tan perfecta, ¡este hotel se recomienda para viajeros de corta duración!

Hotel bueno, me sorprendió lo grande que era, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que tenia un problema con la calefacción y era excesivo el calor que se sentía en la habitación, esto teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos en primavera y los días eran calurosos, la solución fue cambiarnos de habitación, sin embargo sentía que la nueva habitación tenia el mismo problema aunque a esta al menos le funcionaba un poco el aire, lo mejor para controlar el calor de la habitación fue dejar cerradas las persiana exteriores para que no calentaran la habitación y dejar el aire a -5 con las ventanas abiertas, así se soluciono el problema, buena habitación, cama confortable, baño correcto, desayuno bueno sin ser excelente repetitivo no había nada diferente pero correcto. El personal habla ingles perfectamente ya que nuestro Alemán es bastante básico. La ubicación muy buena eso si en la parte oriental donde todo es mas aburrido a mi parecer. Volveríamos por la ubicación y por que para lo que ofrecen el precio es correcto.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

I really liked this little boutique hotel. It was very, very clean and EXTREMELY quiet!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PEACE AND QUIET at a hotel, which is difficult to have. The room was classic European; quaint, small and was very clean - no dust anywhere and I appreciate that. The windows in the room REALLY kept any outside noise out. I thought there were birds in the area because I couldn't hear them! When opened the windows, I heard them. That's just how good they were at keeping the noise out. I did LOVE the church bells however. I opened the windows and recorded them when I could, they sounded so pretty. The water was wonderfully hot and the the spray was strong and felt so good against my skin. The water was soft and didn't dry my skin out like the water in the area I live in in the states. The hotel staff was very courteous and always kind. I am American and am HIGHLY fond of European breakfast! The breakfast here did not disappoint to me. The beds were lovely and just the right amount of firmness for me. I would definitely stay here again. The chocolate croissants were to die for! I hate I missed them on my last day.

me hospede en Arcotel Velvet Berlín unos días en mi estadía en Alemania, y me pareció el hotel perfecto. su ubicación es inmejorable, todo los sitios que quería visitar estaban cerca y también la estación central de trenes. la habitación era espaciosa, una hermosa vista y con todas las comodidades. pero lo que más me gusto fue el servicio de sus empleados. no tengo con que agradecer su excelente servicio e incluso su ayuda con una dificultad que tuve. me resolvieron un problema incluso cuando ya no era su huésped. la próxima vez que regrese a Berlín ni siquiera buscaré un hotel en internet, sin ninguna duda regresaré a Arcotel Velvet. un saludo y un abrazo a todo el personal del hotel ! Ich war während meines Aufenthalts in Deutschland für ein paar Tage im Arcotel Velvet Berlin und es schien das perfekte Hotel zu sein. Seine Lage ist unschlagbar, alle Orte, die ich besuchen wollte, waren in der Nähe und auch der Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war geräumig, eine wunderschöne Aussicht und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Aber was mir am besten gefallen hat, war der Service der Mitarbeiter. Ich habe nichts zu verdanken für Ihren exzellenten Service und sogar Ihre Hilfe bei einer Schwierigkeit, die ich hatte. Sie haben ein Problem für mich gelöst, auch wenn ich nicht mehr ihr Gast war. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Berlin komme, werde ich nicht einmal im Internet nach einem Hotel suchen, sondern auf jeden Fall wieder ins Arcotel Velvet kommen. Ein Gruß und eine Umarmung an alle Hotelmitarbeiter!

Es un hotel agradable a la vista. Decorado en azul con terciopelo que daba apariencia de sofisticado. La habitación era limpia, me gustó la calidad del colchón, los endredones eran individuales y las almohadas bajas de plumas. El baño estaba muy limpio, azulejos blancos con juntas negras que no permitían ver si se forman hongos. Las toallas eran de calidad standard y limpias. Había secador de toallas que también calienta el baño. Tomamos una habitación de 16 m2 q era un poquito más grande q la de 14m2 y simplemente teníamos espacio para una persona a cada lado de la cama y una pasada algo más amplia a los pies. Pero nunca fue un problema para nosotros. Contaba con ropero con perchas fijas y cofre de seguridad. Una ventana con vista al patio interno con buena insonorización, pues un día en el patio funcionó un animado Bar al aire libre y no se escuchaba ruido. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado. No hay ni frigobar, ni agua, ni jarra eléctrica y menos Nespresso de cortesía. Solo 2 vasos de vidrio. Si se te ocurra pedir una Coca-Cola, cuesta 4€ una de 200cc. Me hizo falta una heladera y café. Los hoteles numa dan otro mimo al huésped pero no me animé a alojarme con ellos por que algunas reseñas eran malas en puntos importantes para mi. Hay solo shampoo y jabón líquido que parece de buena calidad, yo no lo uso. El secador está incómodamente enchufado con cable extensible dentro de un cajón. No hay pequeños detalles para brindar comodidad y hospitalidad al invitado. Está bien ubicado frente a una salida de U Bahn de Oranienburguer Tor. En resumen era bastante fácil movernos con el U Bahn y dormimos cómodos en un lugar limpio y agradable.

Hotel situado en el tranquilo barrio de Mitte, cerca de la parada de metro Oranienburger y a un paseo de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Hay bastante oferta gastronómica alrededor. Habitación moderna, limpia y cómoda. Aunque la recepción tiene un horario muy reducido, el personal es muy amable y tienen un sistema de acceso al edificio y habitación muy moderno, en vez de tener una llave física, funciona a través de una aplicación o enlace proporcionado por el hotel, el único inconveniente que puede existir es si no se dispone de un teléfono móvil o se queda sin batería. El precio del desayuno era bastante caro, pero cerca hay una cafetería con precios muy asequibles. Las almohadas eran incómodas, demasiado planas.

Rabble. Very rude man at the reception. I had 2 downpayments, but he even not bothered to check the 2 one and threw me away at 11pm without any reason, knowing very well that I will not find a place for overnight. Greed, rabble and laziness. Incredible rudeness and lack of honesty. He even slandered me suggesting that I wanted to cheat him! What an offence. Rabble! It is the last thing I would make. To the contrary - for the sake of honesty I wanted him to check and to acknowledge 2 downpayments. Don t worry, HG, I have the money, it was not the question of money (very small indeed) , but of honour , but he probably will never know, what the honour is. Can he understand such a thing!? His job - it was to look for the email with a second downpayment, but he didn t bother, just refused even to look.! I loved this hostel for many years, until today, Years ago it was a nice atmosphere, and the handsome, kind elderly boss reigned here... Incredible rabble. Deutsche ubermensch. Very rude treatement I will describe it on social web Au revoir Das ist die Deutsche Kultur :( Adieu

We reserved the smallest room (comfort) and immediately realized that we would need to upgrade to the superior room. I am traveling with my aunt and we need 2 beds. The comfort room was so small that the 2 beds were together with little space to move on the sides. It was not suitable for us. The pictures do show all the twin beds together, but naturally we assumed that they could be separated. When we asked about changing rooms, the delightful woman at the front desk (Victoria) graciously offered to show us the options available for the bigger rooms. We viewed the executive and superior rooms and were happy to pay the 15 Euro more for the superior room. Well worth the extra money given the difference in size. Now that we were settled with our room, we were off to explore Berlin. The location of this hotel is ideal. I learned that Mitte means center and surely this hotel is centrally located. Easy to find and easy to get to/ from. A special thank you to Victoria and her colleague at the front desk. We were very pleased with our experience at the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and would recommend to others.

Hotel situado en el tranquilo barrio de Mitte, cerca de la parada de metro Oranienburger y a un paseo de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Hay bastante oferta gastronómica alrededor. Habitación moderna, limpia y cómoda. Aunque la recepción tiene un horario muy reducido, el personal es muy amable y tienen un sistema de acceso al edificio y habitación muy moderno, en vez de tener una llave física, funciona a través de una aplicación o enlace proporcionado por el hotel, el único inconveniente que puede existir es si no se dispone de un teléfono móvil o se queda sin batería. El precio del desayuno era bastante caro, pero cerca hay una cafetería con precios muy asequibles. Las almohadas eran incómodas, demasiado planas.

El hotel es bonito, limpio, las habitaciones son estupendas, el personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Situado en el centro a poca distancia de muchas atracciones. Lo único negativo, 8 personas en una habitación es mucho por ese precio. Si duermes profundamente, entonces te lo recomiendo.

Rabble. Very rude man at the reception. I had 2 downpayments, but he even not bothered to check the 2 one and threw me away at 11pm without any reason, knowing very well that I will not find a place for overnight. Greed, rabble and laziness. Incredible rudeness and lack of honesty. He even slandered me suggesting that I wanted to cheat him! What an offence. Rabble! It is the last thing I would make. To the contrary - for the sake of honesty I wanted him to check and to acknowledge 2 downpayments. Don t worry, HG, I have the money, it was not the question of money (very small indeed) , but of honour , but he probably will never know, what the honour is. Can he understand such a thing!? His job - it was to look for the email with a second downpayment, but he didn t bother, just refused even to look.! I loved this hostel for many years, until today, Years ago it was a nice atmosphere, and the handsome, kind elderly boss reigned here... Incredible rabble. Deutsche ubermensch. Very rude treatement I will describe it on social web Au revoir Das ist die Deutsche Kultur :( Adieu
