The location was good. A mall and DONKI are across the street. Food was deliciousz onsen is good.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The dinner & breakfasts were amazing. The room was spacious with fantastic view！

The location itself is great! Elderly staffs were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was superb! But the room was kinda old and slightly rusty else is a great hotel !

Overall experience of staying at Seikaiso was very good. The location is close enough to the Beppu station(walking distance 10mins) and bus terminal is 2mins away. The best experience of this Ryokan is the hot springs and private bath on the rooftop. Breakfast is served per room on booking time with Japanese style breakfast. It was various dishes and delicious! The front staff/restaurant staff/general staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially at the front desk staff Urabe was amazing. He also speak good English so it was very helpful. He helped us everything what we need. 🙏🏼 We will definitely go back to Seikaiso again.

The room is alright with sea view. However the service of front desk staff need to be improved. The staff did not tell us anything about the booked private family onsen and breakfast place.

自駕的話有提供免費停車位。酒店大堂有自助咖啡區，服務人員態度很好，洗刷用品都在大堂自助領取。房間很大，房內有一個私湯，房間內還有一個自動飲水機可以出暖水。另外外出時房間鎖匙要交給前台保管，有點麻煩。晚餐非常好吃！！早餐就很一般的日式早餐，味道比較淡。酒店附近有別府塔和Donki，都是步行5-10分鐘內。有機會的話還會再入住。

위치나 서비스는 좋으나 전세탕.. 예약이 유료인걸 감안하면.. 난방을 미리켜두시지않아 추웠고.. 탕안에 검은색 찌꺼기가 외부인걸 감안하더라도 너무나도 심각하게 많이 떠다녔어요...세면대에 머리카락도 있고.. 비추에요..그냥.. 2박묵었지만 한번 이용하고 안했어요. 그리고 숙소내에 샤워불가능. 알고왔으나 생각보다 불편해요..공용탕은 바다가 보이고 좋긴하나 탕이 하나 씻는 곳 5곳입니다. 객실내 샤워시설이 없는 것치곤 너무 시설이 작은 것 같아요. 카이세키요리는 가격대비 괜찮았어요. 프론트에 계시는 분들은 친절하셨어요. 일반카이세키랑 조식플랜 28만원정도 스키야키랑 조식플랜 33만원정도 했어요. 식사는 따로 연회장에서 먹어요.

應該是開了很多年的温泉酒店，食物很用心，服務很周到，温泉很舒服，交通很方便。窗外是大海，泡着温泉眺望海平線真是享受，出行的話步行兩分鐘就是北浜巴士中心，去地獄温泉巴士很多，去別府站大概需要步行十分鐘。如果還有機會去別府，會再選擇這裏。

酒店很乾凈雅緻，進大門就需要拖鞋換上店裡準備的拖鞋，服務也很周到，餐廳裏有一個會中文的姑娘，套房的面積也夠大，床鋪睡覺很舒服，總的來説對得起五千多一晚的價格，值得推薦
