Apartamentos Playamar

The apartments are clean, if you want to swap your towels or sheets you have allocated days which you are given a sheet for advice, there's brush /dustpan and mop/bucket so you can keep clean . In the kitchen your supplied with a dishcloth scourer and small bottle of liquid obviously kitchen is equipped for self catering so everything you need. Staff were very helpful , not far from everything would definitely stay again.

Apartments are lovely and clean , all new furniture , quite big plenty of room , kitchen very big stocked well with plates , pans kettle etc theres 2 round hot plates to cook on but carnt comment as never used them , plenty wardrobe space in bedroom to put clothers away , shower very good , plenty room in living room theres a dresser that as drawers and cupboards , balcony very big , nice table and chairs , pool looked lovely but not warm enough to use it , beds are very comfy and lovely fluffy pillows , you are around 3 to 5 mins round the corner from everything right next to market , yes you have to take your own rubbish out , and exchange your towels and sheets at reception but its no big deal , its easier as you are not getting disturbed by the maids , theres a 24 hr reception , theres a £150 deposit to pay when you arrive , its better to pay in cash as it can take weeks to go back on card , they do check your apartment when you leave but i had no issues getting my £150 back , staff are pleasant and we would return very nice stay .

Just got back from spending 7 days at these apartments and must say I would go back they are basic but clean bedroom has plenty of storage 2 single beds. Bathroom has a shower toilet a bday plus it does have a hairdryer. Kitchen has everything you need except an oven but who cooks on holiday. Living room has 2 patio doors with a large balcony which looks over the pool Pool area is not that big but is spotless clean and everyone around pool was friendly. Lovely staff who keep everything running really well Only 2 appartments per floor A and B I was on 8th floor 8B it's also nice and quite Coconut bar is just out thro front door with cheap drinks and good food you can also have take out also they do tapas Good location has Aircon but 10 euros per day we just left patio doors open no one can get in. You don't have cleaners reception will exchange your dirty towels for clean ones also take your own rubbish out

We stayed here for 5 nights .there was 3 adults. We were a bit weiry about stopping here as not a lot of reviews.we new about the 150 deposit anyway.we were on the 19th floor and could see the sea from there .there any only 2 apartments on each floor .it was clean when we got there .1 bedroom and a pull out bed .we didn't cook anything .your are 2 minutes from the market and 5 mins from red lion pub and about 10 mins from the ***** and beach .wi fi is free.i would stay here again as its handy for everywhere is you know your way around .there was no issue getting deposit back as long as you leave it as you were given it

Excellent stay. Very quiet but can hear some noise from the chairs and i think the cleaning when people leave but didnt annoy us.Stayed in many hotels in Benidorm before. Apartments all the way from now on. Staff friendly. Yes you have to clean your room and take down towels, sheets, take rubbish outside coconut bar where you will find bins on street. Also ask for extra toilet rolls, but there's no intrusion from maids knocking on your door. Two rooms to a floor very quiet and lifts not busy at. We cooked a couple of times and have everything you need in kitcken and a medium size fridge. English TV and relaxed on balcony which have great views. Pool area very clean,tidy and quite. We got takeaway from Coconut bar (food is lovely)and ate at the pool. Its about a 10min walk from ***** but can cut through carpark and around. Reception called us taxis when we needed to. Noticed if you hire a scooter from up the road then it's no charge for charging up but I think it's 4euros a day otherwise. Yes there's a deposit which you get back when they check your room. First time in these apartments and what can i say. Fantastic!! The apartment was spacious throughout, we were on the 21st floor with amazing views of the sea and area. Staff were very friendly especially Victor, he gave us good information around beni. Beds were comfy too. I no some ppl don't like the idea of taking ur sheets and towels downstairs to get clean ones but we didn't mind it only took a few minutes. Everything was close by and the weekly market is only just round the corner. Coconut bar a great place to chill out and very reasonable prices on drinks and food. They also have a cheap bar in the reception area too. Nice and quiet away from the *****. We will def stay here again no doubt about that.

Amazing big apartment. Beautiful balcony area - south facing. Great location. Staff very helpful. Pool area lovely with shaded areas if needed. Spotless throughout. Would definitely recommend. Great little bar underneath too and very close to weekly market.

Stayed here last week . Big enough apartment . Close enough to main ***** . Only thing for me was no cleaner and you had to take your own towels and sheets to reception for clean ones . Not sure if this is a thing now but weve always had the rooms cleaned anywhere else we stopped .

We have used these apartments on eight occasions and never been disappointed (until our last trip). The staff are so friendly and attentive. The rooms are always spotless and the kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bedding change every couple of days. You can great views across Benidorm if you book floor 15+ The pool is not the biggest but it will suffice if you need to go for a dip to cool down. Plenty of sunbeds for the time of year that we were over, not sure about high season. There's a nice seated are under shade beside the pool. Reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The location is excellent. A good range of bars, and clubs and places to eat are close by. Its just far enough away from the ***** that you can't hear the music at night but close enough to walk to in 10mins. The outdoor Market is right next to the apartments. A major downside and why we unfortunately won't be back. We go at the same time every year and Jet2 have put the price up by £300. There is now a charge of €10 a day for the air con, that's up €5 from the previous year and it was free before that.
