"This is the worst Atour hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a Jimu double room for two nights. I arrived around 7 pm on the first night, and the room they gave me had a window facing the courtyard. As soon as I entered the room, I felt it was stuffy and poorly ventilated, and the layout was also a bit strange. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms, and they said they didn't have any twin rooms, but I could change rooms the next day. Okay, okay. After changing rooms the next day, I didn't notice at first, but later I realized that although both rooms were described as Jimu twin rooms, the curtains and toilet on the second day weren't smart. Is that correct? So I checked the room photos on Ctrip and found that the room on the second day was completely different from the Jimu twin room pictured. I asked the front desk about the room type issue, and they were initially very confident that the room had smart curtains, saying they would have a technician check it. However, the technician checked and there weren't any. The front desk then told me that although the curtains and toilet weren't smart, if the room had a small refrigerator, then it would be a Jimu room type. As for the discrepancy in the photos, they said it was because Ctrip's homepage could only display a few photos. Are you sure you didn't just add a small refrigerator to the room you changed me to the Jimu type and force it to be Jimu? In short, I will definitely not choose this Atour hotel again next time I go to Bengbu."
