Muy limpio, habitaciones correctas. El hotel es nuevo. Un desayuno estupendo. Quizá el personal está demasiado encima, lo que es algo abrumador...pero son muy amables.

Excelente hotel, nos encanto la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto! Además es muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda.

Bien ubicado para ir al aeropuerto. Habitaciones sencillas pero limpias. La tele está muy bien. Quizás un poco caro para lonque ofrecen.

Aunque el hotel está justo al lado del aeropuerto, en realidad es necesario un desvío de media hora. Es muy conveniente ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba bien. Las habitaciones son del tamaño y estilo normales de un hotel económico. El servicio es bueno, puedes reservar un transporte vía WhatsApp.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

This was a great hotel for an airport transfer. I stayed here the night before my flight to Bali, and it was so easy and convenient, I booked again on the way back home. They have an airport shuttle which was really easy to use. You just need to let them know what time you want to be on the shuttle, and they handle everything else.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott near Jakarta Airport. Unfortunately, I overlooked whether breakfast was included in my reservation, and upon check-in, I learned it wasn’t. When I politely asked if it could be added to my room, the receptionist informed me that it would require an additional payment, which I was okay with. However, the interaction felt a bit curt, leaving me with the impression that my request was an inconvenience. The room itself met basic expectations for a budget stay but fell short in some areas. There was no bathrobe provided, the slippers were small and flimsy, and the bath towels were quite thin. Overall, it gave the vibe of a super-economy hotel rather than the standard I’d expect from a Marriott property, especially without standout service to compensate. For context, I’ve stayed at more affordable options like Episode, which offered significantly better value and comfort. While the location near the airport was convenient for my needs, I’m disappointed with the experience and unlikely to return.

The shuttle service is good and the room is big enough. As a transit traveller, this hotel is definitely a good one to stay.

The break fast is good and many choice

Excellent welcoming and costumer service. I did really enjoy the quality of the bed, quite cozy. Nevertheless, the diversity of breakfast, it provides all types of meals, you must give a try~ Thank you AIFIAN, for being kind, patience, and helpful all the time , God bless you !

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with excellent service from the staff throughout our stay. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the quality of the food was impressive. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

everything is so good. How do i express my short stay with excellent hospitality from ground staff. i will visit Jakarta again and this place will my accommodation for sure

Its a best hotel i just stayed for transit purpose it's really great they have shuttle service for airport , and 24 hours in-house dining thats a good part, for room no complaint clean and comfortable near by lot of shops its good to stay strongly recommend
