Muy limpio, habitaciones correctas. El hotel es nuevo. Un desayuno estupendo. Quizá el personal está demasiado encima, lo que es algo abrumador...pero son muy amables.

Excelente hotel, nos encanto la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto! Además es muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda.

Bien ubicado para ir al aeropuerto. Habitaciones sencillas pero limpias. La tele está muy bien. Quizás un poco caro para lonque ofrecen.

Aunque el hotel está justo al lado del aeropuerto, en realidad es necesario un desvío de media hora. Es muy conveniente ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba bien. Las habitaciones son del tamaño y estilo normales de un hotel económico. El servicio es bueno, puedes reservar un transporte vía WhatsApp.

I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age. Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.

Extended my stay for another night. Since it is near to airport

It's a good, clean hotel to stay near the airport for a flight the next day. The restaurant in the hotel was good because there aren't many choices outside. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient--leaves every hour. However, taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel may be more troublesome because of arrival timing, so it may be best to just take a Grab.

Clean and new hotel, great for transit. There’s a free hotel shuttle to and from airport which is really helpfull, need to contact the airport and they will provide the whatsapp number for the shuttle service. Breakfast has wide selections (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc). Will definitely stay again during short transit to Jakarta.

No complains, room is good, spacious, comfy bed and service very polite. Only the bread for the breakfast was stale and not fresh at all. Otherwise the stay was nice

Love that the room is clean and bright, single bed is big, I believe its super single. There’s free shuttle to airport and it is on time, recommended stay!
