Your website said free breakfast which is why we picked your hotel. When we arrived for breakfast we were told they are not free. We won’t be staying here again.

A nice spacious room, with comfortable bed. I wish i had gotten a room with a view. The front of house staff was very welcoming upon check-in.
Good that i stayed on 2nd floor. The room doors closes without a momentum to slow it down, there for children or inconsiderate guess slams the door a lot.

Overall impression was one of mediocrity. Excellent facilities but sub par maintenance. Clearly under renovation which was not disclosed when I made the reservations. The meal i had in the dining room was edible but overcooked and uninspired.
The staff was unenthusiastic. I requested housekeeping services when checking in but it was not done and had to call to ask again
The property has potential but did not shine on any level.

We were only in town for one night and Riverhouse was a fabulous place to spend the night. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the room was large and very comfortable. But the real star of the property is the river which was right below our balcony and was beautiful.
We loved the location, the convenience of quick check-in and check-out, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the serenity of the river, and we hope to be able to visit again when we find ourselves in central Oregon.

Quick get away. Room was clean and general good order. No body soap (didn’t get refilled). Fireplace had broken flu leaving the room smoky. On checkout day they tried barging in at 8:30 yelling. Checkout is at 11why bother us at 8:30. Rude.

Very great experience. Had the Bunk Bed room because there was 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids LOVED the bunk beds and we did not feel crowded at all. Also loved the bathroom with the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Made it easy for all 5 of us to get ready in the morning.
