Location is creepy. Very old heat/ac unit. Almost needed a hammer to push the buttons . Inconsiderate neighbors. I deserve a refund. This hotels concern is the almighty $ and not their guests."

"En noviembre, me quedé aquí para un viaje de trabajo prolongado, y como miembro de la familia de diamantes de toda la vida puedo decirle que este hotel se está desplazando realmente de su manera para trabajar con lo que tienen y la alegría del personal es el hielo en la torta. El hotel es un poco más antiguo con habitaciones con carpetas y muebles de estilo más antiguos, pero las habitaciones están bien mantenidas y se puede decir que las obras de mantenimiento a tiempo más largo para mantener las habitaciones y las zonas comunes limpias y en orden de trabajo. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde el hotel está en una zona de la ciudad. Reserva la habitación del lago, vale la pena."

"We stayed three nights. Spent $560. They did not clean room once. They did not pick up wet towels or give us new ones. Coffee was always empty. Very under staffed. We felt bad for the employees and for the other customers. Never again. We suggest going across the street."
