Nice boutique hotel. Strategic location, 5 mins to Pescallo fishing village and 10 mins to the center of Bellagio. Hotel is very cozy and clean. Beautiful view from the room balcony. Highly recommended. Love the scenic lakeside view.

I would give this gem more than a 5 star. Our plans were delayed arriving and immediately we were accommodated and offered help with transportation. The cleanliness was beyond exceptional and added touches shows their hospitality. At first on the taxi ride to hotel, I thought we were a little far but once we got oriented, the location was perfect. We could walk in any direction to various sights. Customer service was superb! Staff was willing to help us make reservations at restaurants, gave us city maps and explained what we might like to see, gave us timetables of ferries, etc. Highly recommend this place!

I was apprehensive on arrival to stay in a 2 star boutique hotel being in a new place. Now that I am continuing my travels in a regular hotel, I miss this cute hotel so much! The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. We had a ground floor private balcony that we enjoyed very much. It truly felt like you were “at home”. The gardens are well kept and beautiful although it was too cold to enjoy the pool area. The staff are friendly and kind. I have to say that the cleanliness is superb! They clean daily and provide fresh towels. The bed sheets look crisp and clean every day. They are not super comfortable beds but you are in a beautiful place, we got used to it. The hotel is about a 10-15 walk to town but it feels longer because it’s not flat. If you have mobility issues, it will be too far to walk to Bellagio. We mostly left in the late morning and returned in the evenings. There is also a grocery store 15 minute walk away for snacks in the opposite direction. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend if you want a cute place that feels like home and are relatively fit.

Beautiful location, only 5 rooms so you feel like you are visiting an Italian family. The staff is friendly, accommodating. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is comfortable, the bathroom, the A/C and the mini fridge are very nice,. The outside balcony is a great addition to staying there. The views are beautiful. The outdoor pool is comfortable and beautiful. The location is a short walk into town. Breakfast was fresh and abundant. I give this place a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic find. ALL staff could not do enough and all extremely polite. Breakfast was extremely extensive and well thought out. Plus points: Room cleanliness Location Quiet Pool Air con Netflix and big TV Great staff Mini bar Breakfast Modern room Areas to improve: Bed was rather uncomfortable- ikea mattress very hard indeed A fantastic stay and would stay again 100%!

Such a wonderful hotel. Beautiful quiet location yet a short walk from the bustle of Bellagio. We had a beautiful view of the nearby fishing village and it was a lovely walk there. The room was immaculate. Yasmin and her lovely team were wonderful right from booking to check out. Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies. Breakfast in the garden was an added bonus. Highly recommend this tranquil spot.

From the minute we arrived a perfect stay begun. The ladies who run the hotel are the best hosts, warm, friendly, no ask is too much. Along with their team you could not want for anything more. You get the best warm welcome, the rooms are perfect and ours had a little garden terrace. Everything was impeccably clean and well kept. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect after a long day walking in town. You can purchase drinks around the pool which is great. Location - perfect! A nice stroll into the town of Bellagio. You have supermarkets near by that are walkable along with many places to eat all the food and ice cream you could want. The boat terminal is also close for cross lake trips. We cannot recommend this hotel more, I don’t think you would get better value for money anywhere in Bellagio. You certainly wouldn’t get better hosts and team. 5 star.

A beautiful place to stay. Fantastic staff; great location; lovely garden and pool area; amazing breakfasts. Close to town centre but away from the hustle and bustle. We were well looked after; our wedding anniversary was made very special. As close to perfect as possible.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel. The accomodations were pristeen. The staff treat you like family and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We thank Fatima for her wonderful breakfasts and her staff for making our stay just fabulous. We recommend this hotel for all. Gracie'

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. From the warm and informative welcome to the beautifully situated room overlooking Lake Como we enjoyed every minute of our stay. When our flight home was cancelled, the only reason we didn’t stay on was because they were fully booked! They booked us a taxi to the airport but we had to change it three times (thanks to the strikes) - they sorted everything with a smile. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. The owners and the staff were very serviceminded and friendly. Delicious breakfast with a good selection. Clean, nice and delicate hotel, both room, garden and pool area. Perfect location, just a short walk to the citycenter.
