My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

El hotel está muy cerca de la calle Grand Duke Mihailo, a solo unos cientos de metros. Se puede llegar en un corto paseo. Hay muchas cosas para comer. Hay una muy buena panadería en la planta baja y un restaurante chino que se especializa en Cocina de Sichuan (esto es importante para personas que no están acostumbradas a la comida local). Lo que más me gusta es este pequeño balcón, a primera vista, gracias a este pequeño balcón, es muy cómodo sent**** afuera cuando hace buen tiempo.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amigable, cama confortable. Ducha con excelente presión, ideal para recuperar energía en la mañana siguiente a una de las noches locas de Belgrado. Altamente recomendado porque está cerca de muchos puntos turísticos y también se encuentra en una zona con muchos restaurantes y bares de arriba. Habitaciones silenciosas y cómodas.

Ubicado frente al Parque Pionirski se puede ir caminando a todas las atracciones de Belgrado. Pedimos una habitación privilege que es realmente muy amplia, con camas cómodas, balcón, cafetera express y frigobar. El baño también es muy amplio y cómodo. No utilizamos el servicio de restaurante o desayuno, así que no lo puedo evaluar. Atención muy amable en la recepción, muy buena limpieza. Wifi que funcionaba muy bien. Precio accesible. Hotel recomendable sin dudas.

El nivel del hotel de la casa es mejor que siete días, es similar al de Yiba durante toda la temporada. El centro de la antigua ciudad, Belgrado no es grande, es conveniente ver las atracciones. No está lejos de un restaurante tradicional serbio, está en la orilla de la carretera, el fuego es muy aromático y el sabor es más dulce. Hay un supermercado en dos minutos a pie, y todos los lugares están ahí. Hay una plaza en la otra cara de la carretera, con una escultura gigante muy maravillosa.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. It is in the city centre. We got a lovely room in the front of the hotel. Big and clean Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. I have to say the staff are fantastic. Two members of staff in particular. David is so helpful. I looked for more hangers on the first evening and within two minutes I had another 10 hangers. Later in the week I need laundry bags for packing and a few minutes he got some for me. Nothing is a problem. A very pleasant man that never stops smiling. 😄 Tamara was also very helpful and pleasant Doesn’t that make all the difference when you book into a hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

La primera impresión no fue buena. Una recepción minúscula, en un edificio reconvertido en hotel, nos dio que pensar. Ademas algun lio con las habitaciones, pero solucionado. Después de este check-in, las habitaciones son pequeñas, aunque con una cama enorme muy cómoda. Las habitaciones tienen buen confort térmico pero no acústico, fundamentalmente por los ruidos del aire acondicionado y los extractores del baño. El baño es pequeño y con pocas toallas. Aunque el hotel es reciente, adolece de algunos defectos en la ducha, en el suelo, etc. Las habitaciones se limpian de manera eficiente y en general hay orden y limpieza en todo el hotel. La wifi del hotel funciona perfectamente y con buena cobertura. El desayuno buffet y la zona de bar es para mi lo mejor del hotel. Un desayuno muy surtido con todo tipo de alimentos y una terraza muy agradable. El personal siempre dispuesto y bien comunicado - Paseo de 25 minutos - con el centro de Belgrado. Con algunas ligeras mejoras, seguro que gana puntos.

The washroom is not in the room but a private one as I can use, the hotel host is friendly. I changed my time of stay and they agreed. Good one.

La habitación es muy limpia, las ventanas eléctricas son muy avanzadas, el baño también se siente muy bueno y la seccidad está muy separada. La comida es un plato chino muy auténtico, la aguja ha estado muy lejos en el extranjero!!!

On the Belgrade bypass so very handy for onward travel. The windows maybe need some adjustment becasue although they are double glazed we were still bothered by traffic noise at the front of the hotel. Our friends were in a room at the back of the hotel and they had a few bugs in the room from the trees behind. We were on motorcycles and when we arrived one of the staff immediately let us into a storage area where the bikes were locked away for the night. The room was very stylish and felt quite upmarket but the price was very reasonable. Had a very good meal in the large restaurant. Smoking is still common and although it is clear smoking should be in the rear part of the restaurant, there was a family smoking in the main part of the restaurant. Didn't bother us but something to be aware of.
