Apartments were lovely but will never ever go again checked out 7 days ago still haven’t gotten my deposit back, I was not told about the deposit until I was checking in, I was told it was a preauthorisation and would get it a few days after I checked out upon checking out I was told it would be 2 weeks (by a different person) 7 days later no refund it’s January and bills have to be paid so I am not happy! I was also told I had to pay for parking upon check in again nothing on the website about this. A disgrace trying to get money out of people after they have already paid for their trip. Might I also add I emailed regarding the deposit 4 days ago And no one in dream apartments bothered to reply to my email I understand in retail it’s busy but 4 days later no reply what a joke I will never recommend this place to stay ever to anyone

El check in sólo puede describirse como caótico. Nos tomó 45 minutos registrarnos y finalmente estacionar nuestro auto en el estacionamiento seguro. No hay llaveros disponibles para la entrada al aparcamiento. Apartamento muy básico, ciertamente no es un "apartamento de ensueño". Ruido de la carretera constante sin cortinas que bloqueen el sonido o la luz. No hay alfombras que amortigüen el eco de la habitación. Era similar a un apartamento de estudiantes básico. Zona alrededor del ascensor interno del aparcamiento muy sucia con basura. La cama era cómoda, la ducha era excelente, pero la luz del baño sobre el lavabo estaba apagada y el extractor no funcionaba. Nosotros no regresaremos.

Location good. More like a hostel than an apartment. Bed linen smelled of damp and no spare pillows. Blinds were office blinds and did not keep out light at night. Had very little sleep. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Just had a 5 nights stay at this apartment. The room was clean and pleasant and had all I needed for a self catering stay. All the staff were polite and professional, and I got my damage deposit within 4 days. Thanks

Excellent location, good price, and spacious --- but very very dirty. The cutlery and dishes in the kitchen were dirty with caked on food. The floor was so disgusting that we had to leave our shoes on. We asked them to clean the floors. They said they would. They did not.

Felt like a bait and switch from the pictures. This property is not the shiny high rise, but rather the squat brown building beside it. The floors felt dirty and turned our socks dark. The showers had no hot water unless you turned on the boiler 45-60 minutes beforehand which was extremely inconvenient. The kitchen had limited utensils and no dish towels. Check out could be extended but only for an hour at an exorbitant price.
