Respuesta del alojamiento: Queridos amigos, lamentamos mucho no haberles brindado una buena experiencia de estadía. El hotel ha sido completamente renovado y se ha convertido en Atour X Hotel, Beijing Majiapu Subway Station. Se han reemplazado por completo todo tipo de instalaciones y equipos del hotel. El hotel ha agregado recientemente el área de ocio [Bamboo House] y 100 libros para brindarles tiempo libre y entretenimiento; el área de lavandería [libre de polvo] y el gimnasio [libre de sudor] le brindan opciones más diversas. Las flores florecen al borde del camino, esperando tu regreso. En medio del viento y la lluvia, las flores te esperan aquí. Espero que pueda darnos otra oportunidad para brindarle una experiencia de estadía diferente y esperamos contar con su visita nuevamente.

I came with my family, the environment was comfortable, close to the metro station, grocery stores and restaurants. I asked the hotel receptionist to call a taxi at 3 am in the early morning, but they didn't help me, saying that I should call it through the app. Most hotels book a taxi for me. We stayed for 5 days.

The room is clean and nice. Very friendly staff especially the manager who is very helpful and approachable. Enjoy my stay and will re-visit again if I go Beijing.

The stay at Atour was awesome! Very nice and friendly front desk staffs, very clean modern and smart living space, very thankful for the staff for letting us leave our luggages while we move to another city for 3 days, and thank you for the late check out coz of a late flight!! All in all a very amazing stay, have recommended friends to book as well, will definitely try the other branches too!

I stay with my family. Hotel is very clean and modern design. Staff is very nice and kind. They helped me a lot too. Breakfast is also very good. In addition they have free laundry service too. Overall very good experience. Highly recommended. Thank You.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Immediately provide hot tea every time sit at lobby. Good job! 👍🏼👍🏼💯 Great location, very close to the metro subway, not even one minute, but to go down, need to climb the stairs. Spacious room. Smart toilet, very suitable for Indonesian. Breakfast was hotel standard and free supper. Unfortunately forgot to take pictures, but my experience was real. Definitely recommended.

A good basic hotel with a comfortable luxury feeling. The hotel is right at the metro station and only 1 stop removed from the train station. It is my go to place in Beijing for quick trips in and out of Beijing. On walking distance several good restaurants and a shopping mall with Western choices as well. Shower is lovely and they are the only hotel with working aircon during the winter, which is nice with buildings heated to 27C.. it’s not the Marriott, but honestly, not worse either. Rooms are small, but perfect for quick business trips.
