The hotel is very family-friendly, making a genuine effort to ensure the safety and comfort of children and toddlers. For instance, the room features rounded table edges instead of sharp ones, and they provide thoughtful amenities like kids’ sandals and toothbrushes. The staff even gives out toys, and there are people in Panda costumes walking around the restaurant to greet the kids and take pictures, which means a lot to them! We were also grateful for the upgrade from a queen-size bed to a king-size bed, as it provided us with more space to sleep comfortably with two toddlers. Kids eat breakfast for free, and the food was excellent! The dumplings were a highlight, along with a variety of options including bacon, different egg dishes, baozi, porridge, egg tarts, cakes, bread, rice, and salads. If you're planning a trip to Universal Studios Singapore, the hotel offers a shuttle bus in the morning at 8 and 9 AM, with a return service at 10:30 PM. A special shout-out to some amazing staff at the Hampton Hotel: receptionist Linda (琳琳), and restaurant staff members 高双梅 and 陈德孝, along with all the other team members who took such great care of our family during our stay. We truly appreciate their kindness and hope to see you all again on our next visit!

Room is clean and twin bed was quite large to sleep with kids comparing with currently staying hotel. Breakfast service good and selection is enough. Good stay overall

Very good the size and the comfort of the room. Breakfast is also with a large choice of food. Location is nearby a street with several restaurants.

This is a nice newer hotel. There is Universal Studios transportation available each morning and afternoon. A taxi to Universal Studios is about 25 minutes drive. Breakfast has a large selection of food and some food can be custom made per request.

I love staying at this hotel when I need a break away from my home. It is super comfortable and warm, in this cold winter! Bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was top notch and caters to chinese/western appetites (The milk and water could be hotter because it was just warm and not as enjoyable). Nancy the manager was very awesome and regularly check up on us. We even got a plate of fruit to wish us a Merry Christmas. Definitely my go to hotel in Beijing!

Great location, free shuttle bus to and the Universal Studios

Location is great, close to Unversal Park

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's far from the city centre, more than an hours ride in metro if any location within the two circles. But very close to the universal studio resort, they even have bus service to and from the resort. They have by far the best service I've come across, some staff speak English (Ms. Nancy), all staff are very helpful and kind.👌👍Even helped with taking our luggage to the room. Breakfast served is amazing, they have a complementary laundry room, very handy when staying a few days with child 😊 Metro lines are walkable distance but a quick didi ride to the stations worth it. Room service is wonderful👍 Definitely would stay here again on my next visit. Recommended others to stay after city center exploring is done. Or to those whom find long metro ride not an inconvenience. They have complementary underground parking. 👍
