We were really satisfied with the stay in this hotel, this was one of the most best part of this trip. The room is pretty big, the staff is amazing, they were pretty nice to all the guest, especially 大莹莹。actually we returned back from hometown one day earlier, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked on the 19th, so we had to stay in other hotel, I was thinking we might cancelled the reservation on 20th, but my husband insisted, so we moved back on 20th, and we got a upgrade, so lucky! Whatever, it’s really worth the price. You won’t regret if you give them a shot!

Very decent and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and kind. Unfortunately, they don’t speak English.
The breakfast is not buffet. They have healthy set breakfast, not very fancy but also not bad.
Room was big but it didn’t have a desk to work. The bathroom doesn’t have a separation from the room. I find it very strange if a bathroom is not separated. There won’t be any privacy if you had to share the room with anyone.

帶孩子清華研學回來。沒離京，打算第二天去圓明園參觀。然後就定了蒲絨酒店，離圓明園南門大概7公里左右。打車在20分鐘左右。正好錯開高峯。所以不堵車。説一下住宿感覺
1.服務人員態度很好，接待的前台小妹妹很有禮貌。並且帶我們看了一下房間。還給房間贈送了一份早餐
半自助的早餐孩子吃的很開心。誇獎味道不錯
2.酒店健身房，spa,餐廳雖然都不大，但是很温馨
3.房間床品很舒適，有電子調温的大浴缸，服務大姐幫忙用消毒液又清理了一下。所以孩子泡澡老母親很安心。孩子很開心。
4.雖然不是主打親子酒店，但是不知道為什麼孩子非常喜歡。説下次還來
5.温馨提示：晚餐稍慢。最好提前點。不知道是不是和我們點的菜有關。總之晚餐的速度要加強。並且注意房間通風
不是旺季，住宿的人不多。比較安靜。下次去北大，清華，圓明園還住這裏哦

環境：離清河站非常近，很方便，酒店的地理位置非常便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇。周邊公共交通也很方便，附近有地鐵站和公交站。
酒店的性價比很高，但服務和設施卻一點都不打折扣，真的是很好的酒店。

房間非常寬敞，也很安靜，提前跟前台説14點退房，也是非常愉快的幫忙備註了。住的房間有個小陽台，很加分，從窗口望過去景色也非常漂亮，很舒適！大浴缸小朋友太喜歡了，儘管沒有用到₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑大堂也是非常舒適

早餐不算豐盛，但是能滿足吃飽要求。酒店有健身房。瑜伽房變成了會議室。服務人員都很熱情。床品衞生情況良好。衞生間面盆漏水，跟前台説了之後，當天晚上就修復好了。響應很及時。房間最貼心的設計是，馬桶旁有扶手，淋浴間有便於長者沖澡的摺疊凳。設計人員是用了心的。一點小遺憾是，早上7點左右門外有比較大的噪音。迫不得已起床了。

非常失望
當天夜裡11點到的酒店，被告知原定房型都滿房了，衹剩下3間，同事一行3人有2人住的不是預訂房型。
我入住的是家庭套房，房間裏有一扇上鎖的門，不知道門後通向哪裡，看户型應該是和隔壁房間連通，一個人住有點害怕但實在太晚了衹好鎖上門入住。沒想到這衹是不愉快的開始，當晚洗澡時打開浴巾，發現浴巾上居然有上一個客人的鼻屎，上面還有兩根清晰的鼻毛，幸好用之前仔細看了一眼，此時已是凌晨1點，本着多一事不如少一事的態度忍着噁心入睡。第二天一早去自助餐廳吃飯，居然在現做的粉裏吃到了一根鐵釘！！用筷子戳了是金屬物無疑，聯繫了工作人員，回覆僅僅是“要不要給您換一碗？”。由於要繼續趕行程沒有時間扯皮，匆匆出門辦事。等到下午12點時打電話告知我儘快退房，房間衹保留到13:00，當即查看了預訂訊息，禮包內容明確寫明延遲退房至14:00。我表明13:00無法趕回，希望按規定延長至14:00，前台告知最近旅遊高峯期，客人等着入住，最多給我13:00退房，不然就視頻幫我清退行李，或是加收房費，態度十分強硬。
永久性拉黑這家酒店，建議大家選擇大品牌連鎖，衞生服務都有標準和保障。選擇這家酒店保不齊就遇上了他們的“彈性標準”，噁心一整天
