Aerotel Beijing

Really convenient if you have a long layover, but the carpet on the way to the room is so fluffy that I had to drag my suitcase all the way cause its wheels couldn’t spin, that was a bit problematic..

It is situated exactly in Beijing Daxing International Airport. The room is clean and convenient for business travelers to easily depart.

I must say, the Aerotel is on the second floor and departures is on the fourth floor which was no problem navigating to. The rooms are good enough for a couple hours. I was very disappointed with the bathroom though which wreaked of urine. The rest of the room was clean. But that smell of urine lingered. Other than that, despite it being small, the bed was comfortable enough for a couple hours sleep. Definitely recommend this hotel to those who need to catch an early flight or have a late departure flight as the hotel offers 3 hour bookings too.

To get to this hotel after office hours- your DIDI needs to drop you at GATE 8. We unfortunately had a long walk back from the last gate (12) which is the closest to the hotel during business hours The Good We had an early flight and the Beijing Daxing airport is 1hour away from us so we decided to spend the night at Aerotel. We checked in at 2am and the staff were pleasant and friendly. Really helpful and patient with us since we were so exhausted. The manager on duty even walked us to the door and helped us move our bags into the room and showed us around quickly. The Bad We found it was quite expensive at 760 something yuan for 1 night. (1 double bed / 1 single bed) We were there for 4 hours 🫠 The Ugly The reason for the low cleanliness and amenities rating is due to the air quality and the dust level in the room we stayed in. As soon as our heads hit the pillow the dust visibly rose up. The Ugly The air was so dry to the point of hurting our nostrils with every inhale. I had to boil the kettle with an open lid right next to our bed since I couldn’t run the shower it was so late we just wanted to sleep. We all woke up with blocked noses 😭 I guess if you can do anything to improve this then it’ll be a 5/5 from me. PS: We genuinely didn’t have time to take pictures of the room. But it was decent looking

Location of hotel is in Daxing Airport. Convenient for staying at hotel to take the flight in early morning. Clear and tidy.

Super small, but good for a short overnight layover. Hotel in the aiport itself, saves a lot of time for an overnight transit.
