Una muy buena experiencia de alojamiento, especialmente adecuada para reuniones familiares, transporte conveniente, el hotel está justo afuera de la entrada del metro y los restaurantes de abajo y alrededor pueden satisfacer diferentes necesidades. Es limpio e higiénico, apto para salidas familiares y cuenta con un completo equipamiento de cocina, todos ellos utensilios de cocina Zwilling, muy fáciles de utilizar. La habitación es grande y más relajante que alojarse en un hotel normal. Nos pasaron a una habitación ejecutiva de forma gratuita y recibimos el desayuno para niños, que era de un estándar en línea y sabía bien. La comida para llevar se entrega en la habitación, por lo que no es necesario bajar a recogerla usted mismo. Puedes comprar comida para llevar o ir a SKY, es muy conveniente, si tienes niños y mayores es muy amigable. La ropa de cama también es muy cómoda, limpia y no tiene olores extraños.

When searching for accommodations in Beijing, I originally considered one of the city's top 10 hotels that boasted a view of the Forbidden City. However, after realizing that the view was distant and being particular about handling my own laundry, I switched last minute to 北京佳兆業鉑域行政公寓—and what a lucky decision that was! This apartment-style hotel offers a perfect balance of space, comfort, and convenience. Our “apartment” was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt like a true home away from home. With a full kitchen (complete with a full-sized refrigerator), a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms (for the three of us), and a generously sized bathroom, we couldn’t have asked for more. The service was absolutely outstanding. From 小冉, who gave us a warm welcome and thorough orientation, to 小杜 on the evening shift, who went above and beyond to ensure all our grocery and meal deliveries were brought to our room promptly (sometimes even by a robot!), the staff’s attentiveness truly impressed us. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention—it was a highlight of our mornings. Fresh, clean, and featuring a wide array of healthy and delicious options, it surpassed the offerings of many 5-star resorts we’ve stayed at. The onsite kitchen, where chefs prepared noodles, soups, and pancakes to order, added a personal touch. And let’s not forget the spectacular view from the 40th-floor restaurant, which set a positive tone for the day. Lastly, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, being adjacent to several high-end shopping malls. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. I highly recommend 北京佳兆業鉑域行政公寓 to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and a homely atmosphere in Beijing.

Booked a double room and was upgraded to three room. Living space was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Location was near the metro on 一号线, near to most places of interest in Beijing, which was very convenient for travelling. There were also many upscale shopping malls around with affordable restaurants. There’s even a beautiful gym and spacious playing room for kids! Wonderful for families, will definitely stay again next time we are in Beijing. Do note that a deposit CNY2000 is required at check in.

Superb excellent services. Location of hotel is next to subway station accessible to everywhere. Concierge, counter staffs and housekeeping are ever so helpful and prompt to requests. Being a long term stayer, they even took initiative of going extra mile to provide additional mineral water so you do not need to ask. Counter checking in is a breeze and they are ever so polite and ever accommodating with no questions asked. Although they do not converse well / read business English, they made the effort to assist you. Ms Jenny personifies excellent Chinese hospitality. I will miss the friendly ppl of China. Brb

Very convenient place with little robot help deliver order food to the room. Beside a mall lots of food choice available. Apartment are super clean and new.
