An Exceptional Stay! My family stayed at this hotel for just one night, but the experience was truly unforgettable. 1. Outstanding Service The staff here is phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They helped with all our luggage, spoke excellent English, and had the friendliest attitudes. Unlike some hotel staff who seem uninterested in their roles, everyone here was genuinely happy to assist. They always had smiles on their faces, which made us feel comfortable asking for help with anything. 2. Beautiful Rooms The hotel is modern, and the decor is stunning. Our room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The only minor inconvenience was logging into the Wi-Fi, which required a Chinese phone number. However, the incredible staff came to the rescue by using their number to help us connect. 3. Thoughtful Amenities The shuttle service was a standout feature. It runs to the airport anytime you need—just let them know your schedule. We left for the airport at 5 AM and couldn’t have breakfast, but the hotel prepared takeaway bags for us with coffee, milk, hot chocolate, and sandwiches. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Even when we needed a drink from the vending machine but didn’t have cash, the staff purchased it for us and refused to take any money in return. Overall, this hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From one-star to five-star hotels, this one deserves six stars. If you’re considering booking, I recommend it 110%—you won’t regret it!

Very clean and quiet and very comfy, you will find everything you need, there is one tinny problem is that in the near area you won't find any restaurant or anything so you will need to go to the beijing daxing airport to hook your self up with some food, good thing is that they have a bus that belongs to the hotel that can take you there

Very comfortable and stylish hotel to reside in. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Got a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again.

I had an amazing stay at the Beijing Voyage Garden Hotel during my transit to Mongolia. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, surpassing even high-end brands like Hilton and Shangri-La. It was incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained. The free shuttle bus was a huge convenience, making my transit smooth and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service—they treated me so warmly and even gave me a thoughtful gift during my stay. Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Beijing, whether for leisure, business, or a short transit. 💛 친절히 체크인 안내 해주시고 캐리어 까지 끌어서 객실 앞으로 안내해주십니다! 몇 분 후 웰컴 과일을 내주셨고 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 공항 픽드랍 서비스가 정말 잘 되어있어서 언제든 공항과 호텔을 왕복 할 수 있고 시내로 나갈때 편리했어요. 상주 직원분들 중 영어 가능하신 분들도 있습니다. 셔틀까지 갈때나 공항에서 짐 실을때 직원분들이 다 도와주셔서 좋았어요 💗 편의점은 없지만 1층 자판기? 같은게 있어서 편하게 이용 할 수 있고 맥주는 로비에 말씀 드리면 꺼내주더라구요 체크인 체크아웃 시간이 넉넉해 비행기 도착 시간에 너무 연연치 않아도 돼요 룸 컨디션도 최고에요. 오자마자 이 가격에 이 객실? 이라는 생각이 들더라고요 친절하신 직원분들과 고퀄리티의 서비스, 합리적 금액, 공항과 인접한 위치적 조건이 너무나도 좋았던 호텔입니다. 공항과 인접한 호텔을 찾으신다면 바로 예약 하세요 👍🏻👍🏻 The check-in process was very smooth, with the staff kindly guiding us and even helping with our luggage all the way to our room. A few minutes later, they brought us a welcome fruit platter, making our stay even more pleasant. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, allowing for easy transportation between the hotel and the airport at any time. It was also very convenient for getting to the city. Some of the on-site staff members speak English, making communication easier. The staff assisted with luggage both when getting on the shuttle and at the airport, which was very helpful. 💗 Although there is no convenience store, there is a vending machine on the first floor for easy access

接待服務很貼心，首先接機服務很周到，一出客運大樓門口就看到了酒店專車，司機幫忙提行李，很快就到了酒店，路上沒有耽誤太長時間，前台辦理入住免費升級了房型，將我引導至房間，酒店餐廳正在裝修還未開放，也及時告知我自助販賣機的位置。 一晚上睡得很好，酒店隔音效果不錯。尤其是酒店衞生讓我很滿意，要知道我最看重的就是衞生環境，所以這次體驗感非常好。衹可惜因為趕飛機，早早起床洗漱，到大廳等車的時候，管家還準備了一份營養早餐，很貼心。 下次再到大興機場，還會選擇這家酒店。希望下次來，餐廳已正常營業。
