I travelled together with my family on the first day of the year. A perfect location, favored for a couple of years. You never notice the amount of travelers and tourists here, it’s always quiet and pleasant experience! Perfect place to unwind and relax. We visited the park, the farm and the hot springs. Hot springs outside are something! They look magical at night! Take into account there will be no one around you and you’ll get a brand new experience of soaking in steaming hot fragrant water under the stars… Breakfast options are widely available for everyone, even a peaky eater. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy, take little to no time. With registration in the hotel, one of the service members will give you their personal number, and they will be available for your call or request 24/7. I wanted to say special thanks to Ms Little Housekeeper ( 小李管家). She helped me out a lot during the whole trip, and assisted with arranging flowers, food and my other special requests. Thank you , dear! My favorite hot spring resort for nearly 3 years, thanks for keeping up ⬆️ with requests and your greatest service!

Hu Resort was amazing! Their service was amazing, they helped us find transportation for our travels, they were all so friendly but especially Xiao Li, she was so kind and helpful. Their rooms were also so clean and beautiful, we had our own jacuzzi where we were able to enjoy a cold night soaked in hot water. Their restaurant's meal was also delicious! Especially their beef tenderloin with oyster mushroom. We also love the location, so close to the ski area where they also provided a shuttle to go back and forth. They also had a place for kids to interact with farm animals, gokart, playground, and more. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! The location is great for being isolated, wanting to go skiing, and have a bit of fun, mostly geared toward families and kids. The hotel springs were lovely and easily accessible. There was a bit of a terrible smell in the hotel and the room in particular but the concierge helped whenever asked. The hotel staff were extraordinary, always available and willing to assist!

Great place for kids My son really enjoyed the themed room, and the adjacent play area. The nearlyby pettiing zoo and outdoor play area were great too. The swimming areas and hot pools were fun for both him and us parents. Service was good. Breakfast was a little basic as was the buffet dinner. The nearby German restaurant was very good though, but booking is recommended at busy times. Lots of other things we could have done had we more time. Certainly on our next visit.

酒店挺好的，非常適合遛娃和家庭遊～環境設施都不錯，湯泉和小童樂園的體驗感也很棒，小朋友玩兒的特別開心；駝駝灣有安排擺渡車，走過去也很近，裡邊衞生做的很到位，項目也豐富，可以喂小動物，卡丁車是最愛～管家小胡專業熱情，細心周到，温馨提醒，有問必答且即刻幫助解決問題……感受非常好，滿意度一百分+……已經在期待下一次的靜之湖之旅啦～很開心！

小胡管家服務特別周到，24小時待機服務哦點贊！週六臨時約噠還幫我們升級房型，獨院私湯衞生不錯，每次換水都會來清潔池子，温度也很好，一家人很開心，下次一定還會來的。早餐也不錯喜歡。總之再對小胡管家表達感謝！會推薦身邊朋友的。

私湯的院子有湯池，有秋千，天氣暖和一點在外面吃飯納涼應該很不錯。 湯池不算小，坐3、4個大人沒問題。晚上冷的時候，泡2個小時水温也能保持較為舒服的狀態。 2米大床非常大，不過帶倆娃睡會略擠，感謝管家給申請了免費的加床，小李管家服務很滿意，有事直接微信溝通，響應及時。 度假區還有一個萌寵樂園，可以喂喂兔子、鹿、羊駝，還有爬網、蹦床等小童遊樂設施。 酒店裡的小童俱樂部不錯，娃在裏面玩的不想出來。 總體來説，很適合親子度假。

這次入住北京靜之湖度假區，體驗非常棒！酒店房間寬敞舒適，裝修風格温馨雅緻，床品柔軟，讓人一夜好眠。度假區的娛樂活動豐富多樣，無論是户外運動還是室內休閑，都能找到適合自己的項目，尤其是與羊駝互動的環節，簡直讓人心都融化了，它們超級可愛！特別要感謝小胡管家，服務細緻周到，從入住到離店全程貼心安排，遇到問題也能迅速解決，真的非常給力。整個度假區的環境優美，空氣清新，是放鬆身心的絕佳選擇。強烈推薦給想要遠離城市喧囂、享受寧靜假期的朋友們！一定會再來！

私湯小院環境非常好，房間也很大。私湯熱水上水很快，水温也合適。 酒店環境很好，可玩可遛彎兒的地方也很多。冬天以雪場為主，這次來主要是泡湯。 中餐廳味道不錯，人均價位不算低，也可以訂外賣。 管家小胡很負責，有東西遺落酒店了，也可以幫忙郵寄。點贊👍

定的私湯小院，設施比較齊全完善，地暖加空調，特別暖和，都有點熱了，房間寬敞，還有個榻榻米，適合家庭入住，服務也很到位的，管家和服務員都特別好，去滑雪場特別近。中餐廳的飯菜味道也不錯。

房間好大好舒服，洗浴用品都是比較好的品牌。還配備了加濕器。管家小胡在入住第一時間就過來，全程一對一服務。衹能説太捲了，每隔幾個小時就問候提醒酒店的安排，任何時間都秒回，找前台都不如找小胡管家快。贊贊贊。體驗感太好了

帶孩子來滑雪，勝在方便。這個雪場比較適合初學，住酒店可以早點開始滑。附近的羊駝農場還挺好的。總體而言這個房型性價比一般，也沒送温泉和滑雪票。但是酒店服務是可以的。早餐比較一般。房間洗手間裏的暖氣是亮點，很適合滑雪温泉之後速乾衣物。加濕器是壞的。隔音也不太好，特別是親子酒店，有熊孩子那可真是吵。房間裏的植物我覺得很不適合親子酒店，我被紮了好幾下。希望能改進。因為從便捷的角度可能還是要再去。

北京昌平的靜之湖度假酒店，私湯獨棟給了我們驚喜，可能正好安排了最裡麪一棟，院子非常大，超預期。 私湯池泡前管家會派人刷洗消毒再放水，很安心。40多度的水還是有點燙的，需要等水温合適後下池，早上和夜裡氣温低，要趁熱泡，不然20分鐘後就不熱了。 房間大床夠大，一家三口睡不擠。 謝謝管家小李的及時響應和熱情服務，祝工作順心。 期待下次再來靜之湖滑雪泡湯度假！

七月齡寶寶的第一次近郊遊，選擇了距家一個小時車程的靜之湖酒店，入住體驗非常好。 酒店有寶寶圍欄和嬰兒床，可以提前打電話預訂； 每個房間都有專門的管家，我們房間是管家小胡，前台登記之後上樓他就已經在門口等着我們了，入住期間有問題都是找他，回覆非常及時，有求必應，這一點體驗尤其好，不用總是費勁給前台打電話或者到處找服務員了。 泡湯早晨11點之前人比較少，我們是第一波進去的幾乎沒啥人，温泉温度不適合小月齡寶寶，衹帶他在小童嬉水池玩了一會。 酒店自助早餐種類很豐富，7-8點之間人最少。 另外距離酒店十幾分鍾車程還有辛莊市集，節假日和週末都有，很熱鬧。酒店開車十幾分鍾出來有一家叫董家知味中餐廳的很不錯，環境好、菜也好吃，尤其適合帶寶寶，我們在這兒吃了兩頓。 總之這次帶寶寶出去全家都很開心，估計春天或夏天這裡會更好看，到時候再來光顧。
