The resort was very nice and relaxing. The ski area was fun and well organized, and the spa was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cozy. A great place to enjoy skiing and relax at the same time. I would recommend this resort.

The resort is located outside Beijing Ring 6 and the air is fresh as it is the rural part of Beijing. The resort is popular with local tourists and their service is excellent. You’ll be assigned a housekeeper during your stay and she will assist you by providing resort’s info and arrange tram services within the resort’s compound. My housekeeper was 小慧 and she was very helpful by arranging tram services and requesting for late checkout etc. The best part of the resort is their spa centre where there’re a variety of different hot springs that you can choose from. There’s even a pool with fish that clean your feet’s dead skin. Children can follow their parents at the hot springs or play in an indoor play pool and outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommended to stay a night or two due to their relaxed environment where you take a break from the hustle and bustle of Beijing city.

I travelled together with my family on the first day of the year. A perfect location, favored for a couple of years. You never notice the amount of travelers and tourists here, it’s always quiet and pleasant experience! Perfect place to unwind and relax. We visited the park, the farm and the hot springs. Hot springs outside are something! They look magical at night! Take into account there will be no one around you and you’ll get a brand new experience of soaking in steaming hot fragrant water under the stars… Breakfast options are widely available for everyone, even a peaky eater. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy, take little to no time. With registration in the hotel, one of the service members will give you their personal number, and they will be available for your call or request 24/7. I wanted to say special thanks to Ms Little Housekeeper ( 小李管家). She helped me out a lot during the whole trip, and assisted with arranging flowers, food and my other special requests. Thank you , dear! My favorite hot spring resort for nearly 3 years, thanks for keeping up ⬆️ with requests and your greatest service!

Location and amenities were good but the staff were unprofessional and rude.

Hu Resort was amazing! Their service was amazing, they helped us find transportation for our travels, they were all so friendly but especially Xiao Li, she was so kind and helpful. Their rooms were also so clean and beautiful, we had our own jacuzzi where we were able to enjoy a cold night soaked in hot water. Their restaurant's meal was also delicious! Especially their beef tenderloin with oyster mushroom. We also love the location, so close to the ski area where they also provided a shuttle to go back and forth. They also had a place for kids to interact with farm animals, gokart, playground, and more. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! The location is great for being isolated, wanting to go skiing, and have a bit of fun, mostly geared toward families and kids. The hotel springs were lovely and easily accessible. There was a bit of a terrible smell in the hotel and the room in particular but the concierge helped whenever asked. The hotel staff were extraordinary, always available and willing to assist!

考完試，最適合出來撒歡兒！帶孩子來靜之湖度假區，滿足他滑雪的願望，滿足我泡湯的需求，特別適合家庭放鬆。園區很大，玩樂安排得挺滿，但又不會太累人。 我們住的是私湯小院，房間挺大，簡約温馨的風格，設施齊全，智能小度幫忙管理窗簾。房間內細節很加分：迷你吧準備了飲料、礦泉水和每日堅果，還有水果；茶咖櫃裏東西很全，茶杯、玻璃杯、紅酒杯，適合各種場景凹造型。私湯池是石砌的，我們去的時候正好趕上下雪，池邊積了層白雪，配上萌萌的小熊擺件，晚上泡湯特別有感覺。湯池水無限使用，即使三九天在户外，也是暖意融融。 親子部分安排很到位，童趣坊有老師帶着讀繪本，還做了草莓提拉米蘇。草莓採摘活動安排在興壽草莓基地，滿滿一盒幸福帶回家。 晚上整個園區會亮起自貢彩燈，大型的樓閣燈、鯉魚燈很漂亮，配上森林公園的夜景和湖對岸的燈光，散步氛圍很好。 特別要表揚布朗管家，服務到位，響應速度非常快！

為了帶來滑雪選擇的酒店，白天滑雪，天黑了剛好住酒店裡，比較方便，酒店旁邊還有温泉，玩兩天住一夜正好。送了歡迎水果草莓，迷你吧免費，樓下的中餐廳味道好且價格不算貴，定的時候送了小童俱樂部和手工還有陀陀農場的小火車等項目。酒店設施感覺不錯，公共區域大氣休息的地方多，退房了也可以休息，兩個雙人床可以拼起來方便3個人住。有管家服務，布朗管家認真給我們解答問題比較貼心。

靜之湖酒店幾乎每年冬天都會來一次，泡湯加滑雪對帶小朋友的家庭實在是太便利了，而且酒店環境也很好，我們的專屬小胡管家非常熱情，方方面面都為我們考慮到了，謝謝。晚飯在酒店內吃的，性價比也不錯，下着雪泡着湯，非常👌。

一次説走就走的開板兒行程 也是一位媽媽獨自帶娃出行的週末 第一次來到這家酒店 也是惴惴不安 不知道酒店如何 雪場如何… 但結果喜人 酒店服務 客房設施 裝飾風格都讓我和孩子十分滿意 感謝管家布朗先生 布朗先生很有耐心 服務暖心周到 讓獨自帶娃的我從容很多 孩子也玩的很盡興 這邊的雪場也很不錯 從孩子兩天的滑雪時長來看絕對是100分 孩子已經再籌劃下一次來靜之湖的行程時間了😀

酒店房間很暖和，滑完雪再泡個温泉，美美噠😊園區環境優美，早餐種類豐富，駝駝農場和裏面的小童樂園是孩子的最愛，還有草莓🍓特色採摘，真是個愉快的週末！特別感謝小隋管家的貼心服務，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！還會再來玩的！

親子房很有特色，孩子超級喜歡，尤其門口就是小童室內樂園，樂園還很大，孩子可以玩兒一下午。 管家張萌服務細緻周到，早上孩子有些不舒服我們沒去吃早飯，沒想到張萌主動給我們打包了早飯送到房間，真是讓人感動。 度假區裏滑雪場温泉小童動物園，親子溜娃一站式全部集齊。很推薦的酒店！
