Apartamento de hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Está muy cerca de Silver Beach y solo se tarda 10 minutos a pie desde el Foro Romano hasta la orilla del mar. La habitación era grande y nueva pero no olía. Limpio y ordenado, la ropa de cama es cómoda. También hay lavadora y nevera. El servicio fue muy bueno, nuestras solicitudes fueron respondidas con prontitud e hicimos todo lo posible para satisfacerlas. 因家人們計劃在北海團聚過年，我是提前一個多個月在**、攜程及去哪網找遊玩攻略及房間（5間5晚），因一開始目標就是住銀攤附近優質民宿，方便出遊。推薦的眾多家中我是逐一篩選的，據我以往的經驗是先看差評是否接受在看好評，而找到這一家時竟然發現無一差評，再看好評無一例外都是從客棧外型結構、房間佈置、環境衞生、配套設施的認可及表揚，更對美女老闆的熱情接待、周到貼心讚美！果然訂房後美女老闆主動加了我們的微信，告之天氣關注我們開車行程，期間又陸續安排兩家親人房，其中一家坐火車來也及時安排接送車服務，並送上水果很暖心。入住後的家人們都很滿意，每間房設計時尚風格各異可滿足不同需求，特別是一樓帶院的房温馨又寬敞，還有廊台茶椅，休閑又温馨，每間房還配了歡迎果盤，美女老闆每天還會給大家帶來潿洲島的新鮮水果吃。早餐不限時間啥時睡醒都有餐食，每天還不重樣，老闆還會問細心的問住客的口味及需求，並熱情的告之我們遊玩攻略，房間衞生每天打掃幹靜有序，因建立了信任關係，潿洲島的房間也請老闆幫推薦的，最讓人感動的是因潿洲島3號停航，我們衹能坐2號夜裡般1點才到北海碼頭，因之間沒有計劃好加之她家滿房的本再無關係，沒想到老闆主動聯繫我們説太晚了害怕不好打車要安排接車，再三推辭老闆還是深夜來接的我們，並給每家送上份伴手禮，那夜的海風很冷，大家的心卻很暖充滿了感動！回程中大家都説再有親朋好友來北海，這家客棧是不二的選擇！
