"Great location close to the center, and a hearty breakfast with comfortable bedding. However, there were many disappointments: the hallway noise was audible, the room was tiny, the entrance door hit the bed, the shower was microscopic, the sink was barely big enough to rinse your fingers, and there was no space to put belongings. The private parking was convenient, but came with an extra charge (5€ per night). And the service was unsatisfactory: no one answered when I rang the intercom to access the parking, and there wasn't a single cordial word of welcome. The pool was only open from 9 AM to 8 PM, so I couldn't use it. In short, it was disappointing for an Ibis at this price point. Poor value for money."

There was no elevator, the stairs were narrow, and it was very difficult to carry luggage, especially the bathroom in one of the rooms had to walk half a floor! I don’t know if it’s because of the booking channel. The front desk was a bit indifferent."

"The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!"
