The service was great the food was good location was OK to places OK clean but I think they’re a drug motel because I didn’t feel safe Because of the people moving around late at night all night and then one of the other resident wrecked into my car and then that person lied to the insurance company and when I called to inquire about the surveillance it was broken down so I couldn’t get the videos of the wreck

Room was dirty sheets looked slept in toiletries used towels looked touched and air conditioning didn’t work the bathroom ceiling fan was literally hang down the floor felt scuzzy had to use my flip flops and definitely slept with my clothes on as they didn’t have another room there was no coffee and dirty utensils in dishwasher was told next day that room should not have been opened

I would have given it a higher review but for these issues 1. No hair dryer and none at front desk to use either, 2 towels were dirty not just stained. Hairs on them. Although they gave us new towels & apologized it was still disconcerting. Room was clean, bed ok. Lights by bed didn’t work but after pulling bed out from the wall we discovered the plug was loose from wall

The website didn’t mention they’re under construction when making our reservation. Lobby and breakfast area are closed. Checkin is in a very tight area. Limited breakfast must be taken to room. Room has a small kitchen but no table and only 1 chair. The noise from the highway is loud all night, and even the wall AC doesn’t block it. The only good thing was the room was very clean.

We visited about 3 years ago and was just so pleasantly surprised with the beautiful remodel. We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast does need to be updated, maybe more choices. The biscuits and gravy were so yummy.

The rooms at this hotel/motel were very clean, & the beds were very comfortable!
The breakfast was not great! The hot foods were not out, & the trays empty. That were supposed to have biscuits & sausage. Only the sawmill gravy was out. They did have waffles, but with nothing was there to keep the waffles from totally sticking to the waffle iron. It shredded the waffles, in pieces trying to get them out. And, there were only plastic forks, that started to melt trying to get them out. Usually there would be tongs there, to get them out. They told me the reason they didn’t put the food out or cook the food, for the hot trays. Was because there were people that came in that didn’t stay at the motel, & were there for free food. What about the people staying there, that didn’t have any hot foods. There were no eggs at all. Mostly cereal, sawmill gravy & waffles.
There were hardly any variety, of foods. Not the kind of breakfast they advertised!
