I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

Lovely spot close to the beach and Umhlanga village with lots going on in the area, especially over the festive season. The rooms are big with everything you need for self catering and the staff are all very friendly.

5 Stars: Absolutely Perfect! We had an incredible stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My only complaint? We didn't book a longer stay! We could have happily spent another week here. Highly recommend this place to anyone—we can't wait to come back!

Su comida es deliciosa, tuvimos cena allí en su restaurante llamado Giorgios, pero lo que debo decir es caro. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay problema con el hotel. Entonces les pedimos que nos dieran al menos unas hojas de cama o cualquier lino para que podamos hacer un plan para nuestro hijo, dijeron que estaba bien pero nunca se apoderaron, nada, ni siquiera volver a nosotros para decir lo que podría ser. El día siguiente, volvimos a preguntar, se llevaron cuatro horas para traer unas camas. La línea de fondo es si tienes un hijo no, Repito NO book ese lugar porque se pondrán en tu cara diciendo que no podían llegar a ti desde que reservaste a través de un APP. No estoy seguro de que quiera hablar de su cocina en las habitaciones. Una cosa que puedo decir es que no escuchan y escuchan significa que respetan sus negocios y sus clientes. Volé del extranjero para descansar y disfrutar de un buen tiempo y tratarnos ya que tienen un ascensor, pero terminaba cancelando mis planes de un spa porque no quería más descontentos. A good hotel, located approximately 15 km from the center of Durban, closer to the international airport. The rooms are quite spacious, everything you need is there. The breakfast is excellent, I can recommend it. Excellent lobby, stylish design. There are many restaurants for every taste near the hotel. And a few shopping centers near the Hotel. From the international airport of Durban about half an hour by taxi.

It’s close to such a peaceful beach, its convenient as a shopping centre is also nearby, transportation is also easily accessible
