The bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself. Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked. Very little staff assisting in serving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable. And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd. Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service. While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.

We do actually girls long weekend here. Live all the amazing staff! Courteous people who pay attention to details. The food poolside as well as the restaurant we have enjoyed. The partial view room on either side of the hotel has a nice view of the ocean. We can walk along the beach towards the inlet and view the sandbar as well as boats coming in and out of the inlet. We will definitely be back to our little piece of paradise ☀️

Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.

La habitación es muy buena y muy grande. El desayuno de abajo es una orden no autoayuda. No se puede hacer un poco para reservar el desayuno en Trip.com, porque hay un límite, se cobra un precio adicional por encima de este precio

Bloodstain on cover. Disgusting. Bathroom could have been cleaner, toilet seat was disguising, not clean enough,water marks and dirt on counter and around shower. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to use bathroom. I arrived late to hotel, so I had to find a store that had supplies to clean. Pool was nice, location was everything and hotel not that bad just need better cleaning details . I would book again just want to make the blood stain be known.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel has an excellent location, the beach is steps away. They provide you with daybeds and umbrellas! It’s a pretty awesome set up for the price paid! The pool is nice and clean - it is in the front of the hotel so just be aware. For us, it was convenient - some people might not like it! It was very good for a perfect mini getaway! Highly recommend!

Très bonne hôtel, le personnel était très attentionné super cool avec moi sachant que je suis voyageuse solo. C’était super bien! Ma chambre était grande et surtout propre. Vous avez à disposition de la glace sur le pallier , un frigo et un micro-ondes dans la chambre ! La piscine aussi est assez grande et très agréable. A la moindre demande, le personnel répondait présent pour m’aider. J’ai adoré mon passage là bas je n’hésiterais pas à y retourner à l’occasion

Location was great needed to be near the Jupiter Medical Center to attend to a family member in the hospital. Continental breakfast was very good, hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as pancakes, waffles, yogurt and cereal. The room was clean and renovated however it did have a slight smell upon entering. The staff at the desk was so kind and helpful, check in went very smoothly and when I needed extra towels they provided them with ease.
