Это лучший отель, в котором я когда-либо бывала. Невероятно красивый, чистый и эстетичный. Территория настолько большая, что создаётся ощущение уединённости — будто всё здесь предназначено только для тебя. Это именно то место, куда хочется возвращаться, зная, что каждый день, проведённый здесь, станет особенным. Уже на ресепшене гостей встречают вкусным смузи и снэками. К услугам постояльцев — бесплатные велосипеды и отдельная парковка. От каждого сотрудника ощущается невероятная забота и высокий уровень сервиса. Мы также посетили массаж — по моей просьбе его организовали на свежем воздухе, что стало особенно ценно. Это яркий пример клиентоориентированности во всём 😍. Сам массаж был великолепным, мастера — настоящие профессионалы. Отдельного внимания заслуживает ресторан на территории. Приятный контингент, безупречный сервис и атмосфера роскоши напомнили мне отели на Мальдивах. Все блюда оказались вкусными и изысканными. Завтрак можно заказать как в номер, так и в ресторан прямо на пляже. Отдельное восхищение вызывает система безопасности. Здесь вы всегда чувствуете себя в полной гармонии и комфорте. На острове Гили каждый может свободно гулять где угодно, но именно в этом отеле особенно тщательно следят за порядком. Мы отдыхали здесь с подругой, и до сих пор вспоминаем тот день как один из самых счастливых. Огромную роль в этом сыграли сотрудники отеля, его атмосфера, эстетика и внимание к каждой детали. Благодарю вас всем сердцем! Я обязательно вернусь — одна, с друзьями или близкими — ведь знаю, что всё будет безупречно. Это место хочется рекомендовать всему миру. Впервые пишу такой отзыв, и, честно, слов всё равно не хватает, чтобы передать то счастье, которое мы испытали! ❤️

Ventajas: 1. No todas las villas están frente a la playa. Solo tienen vista al mar y están ubicadas sobre un acantilado. 2. La playa no es buena, es rocosa y no está bien limpia. 3. La vista se extiende hasta donde alcanza la vista con espacios verdes que brindan una sensación de paz interior. 4. El personal es muy amable, siempre sonriente y responde rápidamente a cualquier solicitud. 5. El desayuno es delicioso con la mejor vista. 6. Los columpios en todo el resort son muy agradables. 7. Excelente privacidad en las piscinas privadas. Desventajas: 1. El resort no respeta la naturaleza islámica de la isla de Lombok; como pueden ver, hay estatuas hindúes por todas partes, ¡incluso dentro de nuestra villa! Además, se disculpan con los huéspedes por el sonido de la llamada a la oración, como si fuera una molestia, a pesar de que el ruido del aire acondicionado y los insectos alrededor de la villa interrumpieron mi sueño. 2. Estábamos en una villa de 2 habitaciones; el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien solo en una habitación y era ruidoso. 3. Había insectos extraños en las zonas junto a los baños y la ducha. 4. La mosquitera no estaba limpia; incluso se veían mosquitos muertos.

This resort is so beautiful and the people are so friendly. They are busy with renovations but it had no impact on our stay. We booked for two nights and immediately booked two more nights. The beach area is so clean and the sunbeds are only reserved for those who stay at the resort. We saw many turtles from the sunbeds and it was an amazing experience. Service staff is very friendly and accommodating. The villa itself is super beautiful , neat, huge and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are sturdy and overall it is very nice. It’s a ten minute slow walk to the pier but that’s a nice walk. The breakfast is not buffet but you can order multiple dishes from the menu which is super nice. Will we come back again…YES! I strongly recommend this place to all travelers.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique, d’une beauté paradisiaque. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et les espaces communs décorés avec goût. On apprécie passer du temps au bord de la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très bienveillant, accueillant et toujours souriant. La chambre très grande, avec une salle de bain extérieure ce qui est insolite pour nous européens (il n’y a pas de salle de bain intérieure ). Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas un buffet. Il faut cocher sur un papier notre choix. N’étant pas bilingue difficile de bien comprendre ce que l’on mange. Enfin nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de payer 8€ pour deux café americano car à priori ce n’était pas compris dans le petit déjeuner. Et même si nous avions compris qu’il y avait un supplément, ce prix est exorbitant en Indonésie. La politique du petit déjeuner est clairement à revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing.

The strength of this hotel is its amenities, beautiful landscape and greenery and breakfast buffet.  There’s lots to do from swimming whether in the pool or on the beach, playing games such as beach volleyball and scuba or snorkelling. There’s also a gym and a spa. The breakfast spread is very satisfying and there’s a variety of local and western dishes. The concierge staff on the other hand are less informed. For example I asked about F1 screening in the hotel and was told by one staff that it’s not being screened and told by another staff that it is. I decided to take the advice of the latter and was disappointed. Turns out there’s no F1 screening at the hotel. Had I known this prior I wouldn’t have rushed back from town to watch the race and would have instead looked for a spot there.  If you’re looking for a lively place to stay, this is not the hotel for you. It’s more suitable for families. It’s very quiet even during peak season. Their live music is only on certain nights. After a day’s activity, I would advise to go in to town for dinner and entertainment. Please keep in mind that there is no Grab service at this district so one would have to rely on the hotel taxi.  Overall I didn’t find the concierge staff professional considering the rating of this hotel and the location was a little bit secluded to my liking.

El hotel está situado en la playa de San Jiji, a una hora del aeropuerto. La puerta del hotel 🈶 24 horas es una tienda de conveniencia. Cada personal de servicio sonrisa con un sorriso. El hotel no es grande, muy delicado, y el paisaje del sol es hermoso. El desayuno es un paquete de comida y tiene un peso suficiente. Un café / té + un café de fruta + un desayuno (elección), los niños no tienen desayuno, y un punto de 92 yuan. El spa del hotel es muy cómodo y el entorno es bueno en el precio. Dos personas 1H 1000K Indonesia. El gerente Mayo está muy entusiasta, gracias por su invitación a cocktail. La tumba de la isla de Longoku es muy mala, y hay que prestar atención a la defensa.

Un lugar maravilloso para alojarse cerca de Senggigi para nuestra luna de miel. Un buen lugar para dormir tranquilo y un punto de control para llegar a la playa y a los restaurantes. Al principio nos alojamos en una habitación deluxe con cama extragrande, pero había un ciempiés en la ducha; después de que el personal rociara pesticida en las aguas residuales, las cucarachas entraron arrastrándose al baño. Gracias al maravilloso servicio del personal, pudimos mejorar nuestra habitación a una suite. Ustedes se merecen todas las estrellas por ayudarnos. Gracias por el servicio de primera y la maravillosa habitación.

Nos alojamos con tres niños en una habitación comunicada. Las habitaciones y los baños están limpios. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas, pero no es un problema. El personal es amable. El servicio de limpieza responde muy rápido. El desayuno se adapta más al gusto local, aunque tienen muchas opciones occidentales como croissants, pan, cereales, panqueques, gofres, etc. La piscina es increíble y está muy limpia. Podemos ver a los limpiadores limpiar la piscina todos los días. Tienen 3 o 4 piscinas diferentes con diferentes niveles de profundidad. Se ve a niños y adultos divirtiéndose. La ubicación del hotel está cerca de la playa de Tajung Bias, que está a 5 minutos a pie y tiene una bonita franja de restaurantes y paseos a caballo para niños a lo largo de la playa.

Esta es una buena casa de huéspedes si prefieres caminar desde el embarcadero en lugar de pagar el ”cidomo”, ya que es el único transporte público que te lleva al hotel. La habitación es más que suficiente para dos personas, con baño privado y desayuno gratuito. Todo el personal es amable y servicial. Pero si buscas un alojamiento de alta calidad, con buena presión en la ducha, sin insectos y un buen colchón, mejor alójate en otro hotel o resort de la isla. Recuerda el precio.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
