Puede que sea la razón de la temporada de otoño, es un hotel de grupo. Parece que nuestro hotel no está abierto y luego vivía en otro hotel de su grupo, cerca. El entorno es bueno, frente al mar.

Hotel is pretty clean, the room is large with a balcony. Hotel includes sauna, salt sauna, hammam, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a pretty good gym, PlayStation and computer play area. Breakfast is very good. Fruits selected are very tasty. Hotel is about 20min drive to old town, you can catch a Uber which costs around 20 euro. Distance to airport is 45 min drive cost around 45 euro. Hotel provides shuttle bus services to old town (8 euro per person one way) and taxi services to airport (60 euro). Drivers are very polite. Price is reasonable. Hotel staff are in general very nice. Shortcoming are the lunch/dinner restaurants. Tried almost all restaurants and the only good one is Veranda but the price is the highest. The price of all restaurants is pretty high. Not the hotel charges high but in general the price of the restaurants in Dubrovnik area is in the high range. There is no soft sand beaches. But the ocean is very clear and we can see different kinds of fishes doing snorkelling.

La vista desde mi habitación era maravillosa y la variedad del desayuno estaba bien, aunque sirvieron el mismo menú todos los días durante mi estancia de cuatro noches. La zona de Lapad no está cerca del casco antiguo, pero elegí específicamente la zona/hotel para estar lejos de las multitudes y los grandes grupos de turistas, así que estoy contenta. La zona es preciosa, con muchas calas rocosas para pasear y explorar. Desventajas: El espejo del armario estaba roto y cubierto con cinta de aluminio; el diseño de la habitación es definitivamente anticuado; las alfombras están un poco manchadas, aunque no me importan. Como viajera asiática sola, observo que el personal mayor, sobre todo los hombres, se comunica conmigo con cierta superioridad, en comparación con los huéspedes occidentales. En otras palabras, no me siento bienvenida. Esto se aplica a Dubrovnik en general, mientras que en Zagreb el personal de servicio es mucho más amable.

We are a family of three and stayed at this hotel for six days during our trip to Croatia. The hotel is located on a beautiful island, about an hour by ferry from Dubrovnik. We booked the hotel’s transfer service from the airport, and it was absolutely worth it—everything was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking to escape the busy crowds of Dubrovnik and experience the charm of an authentic Croatian island, I can definitely recommend this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, and the restaurant served delicious food throughout our stay. One of the best things about the location is that you can still easily visit Dubrovnik whenever you like. Ferries run between the island and Dubrovnik around 5–6 times a day, making day trips very convenient. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily come back again.

I had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team. I sincerely congratulate the hotel for having her. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — 100%. The location was also perfect — 100%. Services were of a very high standard. Breakfast was a joy, and the restaurant team was outstanding. They greeted every guest warmly and genuinely helped make each morning a pleasant start to the day. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I will definitely return, and I strongly recommend staying here. It’s truly worth every cent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, featuring a bathtub, a rain shower, heated floors, and eco-friendly toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, stopping by our room each evening to say hello and surprise us with chocolates—a charming touch! The mini bar offered good quality tea and coffee, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The overall atmosphere was classy, particularly in the bars and restaurants. I also appreciated the spa and swimming pool facilities for relaxation. Taking a walk along the coast next to the hotel was delightful, especially with the friendly cats wandering about. We discovered a fantastic Asian restaurant nearby that added to our enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles Vous m'avez vendu vue ocean j'ai eu vue sur la montagne et le parking et sur le côté. La réception Il n'avait pas pris en compte ma demi pension je n'ai pas eu de repas le premier soir le restaurant était fermé à 21h 30 je suis arrivée à 21 h le temps du ckeck in Ils ne m'ont rien proposé puisque il y a des restaurants payants il y a pourtant un room service il aurait pu me proposer un en cas en chambre après retard d'avion lié à la météo.,et la fatigue. J'ai fait la remarque le lendemain j'ai eu droit à une bouteille de vin blanc et non rouge comme je l'avais demandé peut-être trop cher pour ma personne pourtant à table j'ai bien vu servir du vin plus avec 6 macarons . Pareil pour le départ j'avais demandé depuis le début possibilité car vol tardif 19 h 30 de pouvoir disposer de ma chambre même en payant un supplément Reponse négative trop de réservation J'ai eu droit à des cabines communes de douche au nombre 2 au spa, non nettoyées entre chaque cliente .me baller avec mes vêtements à la main jusqu'à spa Je finis sur une note positive j'ai passé un très bon séjour . Le site est magnifique ,hotel calme malgré du monde sur le complexe hôtelier

El desayuno es bueno, el ambiente es limpio y el servicio es bueno. Los administradores del restaurante son muy amables y convenientes. Hay muchos gatos alrededor del hotel que son muy lindos. Transportación conveniente.

El hotel está situado a una distancia bastante grande de la ciudad vieja, pero no es una mala cosa. Insecto Me encantó ser retirado de las multitudes y el ruido, y muy gozó de la paz y la tranquilidad y las vistas espectaculares del mar de este maravilloso resort. Definitivamente vale la pena pagar un extra por una habitación con una cara, por un panorama atractivo día y noche. La habitación estaba decorada elegantemente y muy cómoda, con amplio espacio para todo, aunque un equipaje de equipaje o un espacio diseñado para equipaje mejoraría mucho el confort global. El personal fue generalmente útil y amable, con especial mención al director de restaurante Matija, que, a pesar de manipular grandes volúmenes de clientes, permaneció infaliblemente alegre y enérgico. El desayuno buffet fue muy generoso por las normas europeas, mientras que la selección de cena buffet también fue más que suficiente y bastante bueno a 35 Euros por persona. Como se ha mencionado en las revisiones anteriores, un autobús conecta la zona de Babin Kuk (donde se encuentran los hoteles de la Royal Ariston y sus hermanas vecinas, la Princesa Real, el Azul Real, el Palma Real y Neptuno) con la Ciudad Vieja. Si compras el paso de la ciudad de Dubrovnik de 40 Euros, descubras un día de viaje de autobús más acceso a las paredes de la ciudad y a sus museos. No puedo recomendar este resort lo suficientemente alto y esperar mi regreso.

We stayed for 4 nights. We loved the hotel and hotel room. We booked for 3 people. We had 3 lovely beds also my son had own room which was perfect for teenager. Hotel room was huge that I wasn't expected the big Also 2 separate toilets. Cleaner comes every day and clean the room and new towels everyday. All the staffs are very kind and helpful They all speak excellent English Special thank you to Ante, Stipe and Antonija and all the staffs They gave us the best time and I will recommen to all my families and friends when they go to Dubrovnik I will give 5 star plus to the hotel and all the staffs Thank you for everything ❤ ♥ 💛
