Bedsheet was dirty under quilt cover. Spa is outdated and steamroom was not working. However gym and Swimming pool was good.

Hoteles en Atenas: Este hotel es un hotel muy bonito, con fácil acceso personal y muy agradable, restaurante agradable desayuno y cena de calidad de servicio de primera línea. Sólo un pequeño bemol carece de un asentamiento en el baño. Le recomendamos un super estadía. Volveremos.

HOTEL was nice, staff were attentive. However, we were given a room on the second floor and the roof was sloping. I hit my head on a very low beam lower than the doorway to the bathroom and cut my head open. on reporting the low beam and my cut head the staff didn’t seem very concerned. At 6 am lawnmower, leaf blowers were working at the golf course directly opposite which woke us up. 

Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price. No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero el personal estaba muy amigable en la recepción, pero había un problema con ellos diciendo que no había pagado y que había pagado directamente a través de Trip.com, no había preguntas sobre el check-out y sólo tenía que pagar el impuesto de la ciudad. La habitación es muy grande y tiene un balcón y una habitación familiar, como camas arriba. We spent just 1 night there in transit. The Room was clean and tidy. Everything you needed was in there. Nice friendly staff. Excellent Parking and security too. Close to Restaurants and shops to distract the kids. We went to the Chinese Buffet Grill (3 minutes walk from the Hotel) and it was superb... Highly recommended...!!!

Personnel hyper sympathique et a l'écoute. Petit déj correcte. Dommage les chambres sont minuscules Un petit rafraîchissement des couloirs serait bien.

Hotel is very close to train station which facilitate the travel by train but takes at least 10 to 15 minutes walk to nearby restaurants. Hotel room arranged for us is spacious. Simple breakfast with not many choice, but it is delicious.

Front desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.
