Hoteles de playa en Selva

El hotel es sencillo, pero tiene lo que necesitas. Lo único negativo es que se escucha mucho el ruido exterior.

Hotel Delamar is superb. Great location on the main street where most of the bars are and 2 minutes walk away from the seafront. All areas of the hotel are so clean, the staff are very good, polite and the VIP area at the top is really good. 3 rooftop pools and a bar. Didn't have the food off the rooftop menu but whenever a food order went past, it always smelled good especially the garlic bread! Breakfast is a great choice. Eggs, sausages, beans, even pasta and the usual things like pastries, ham, cheese you will find something to have. Would definitely stay again.

El personal que nos recibió, Feryal (espero haberlo escrito bien), fue encantador y trató de ser de gran ayuda. Lamentablemente, nos encontramos con una decepción tras otra. Reservamos una habitación doble para conseguir tres camas individuales y nos dijeron que era una mejora. Luego, el problema del parking, primero intentando averiguar que no había parking y luego que costaba 20 euros al día, lo que nos llevó a aparcar en otro lugar. El único miembro del personal amable fue Feryal, e hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos. La otra persona que conocimos fue muy directa y poco amable. Es una pena que este hotel tuviera un buen desayuno y una ubicación excelente, pero la experiencia no fue buena.

El spa era una decepción porque los niños no podían llegar allí. También fue una sorpresa que el lugar más duro de la piscina de sol se prohibiera a los niños. Si no quieres familias con niños en tu hotel, sería bueno que se lo supieran.

Buena ubicación del hotel,las vistas increíbles, el personal amable, el desayuno muy rico, nos ha encantado, volvemos sin duda😍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel  We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel. I was especially happy that the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a room with a beautiful view. It really made our stay more enjoyable and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.  The hotel is within walking distance of the town and beach, although it’s a little further than expected. The room looks quite old but it was kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, with plenty of tasty choices. We also tried the dinner buffet as a walk-in guest, and we really enjoyed the food and the variety available. The staff in the dining area were very nice and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good food, and cleanliness made our experience enjoyable. We would happily stay here again when visiting Tossa de Mar. ❤️

Personal súper amable, muy limpio todo, el buffet quizás un poco pequeño, la habitación súper bien y el baño igual con un gran balcón. En general todo bien

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
