Nice food with very good facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the free shuttle bus service to BCS Mall—very convenient for shopping

When you’re doing the booking, avoid room 730 and 731. We booked the grand suite which was supposed to come with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is not working. On top of that, we’ve no warm water after one bathtub filled. I don’t think this is reasonable. Room 730 location is above a noisy engine and I couldn’t sleep throughout the night. Personally, having booked the most expensive room, I don’t think it’s reasonable to place it beside a noisy engine and a room that cannot provide hot bathe after one tub filled.

There is a nightclub right beside the hotel to my amazement. Other than this, there's swimming pool, gym and restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are rather old so don't expect it to be in tip top condition, oh and there was small croach crawling out of the toilet loll👀 but interesting outer view nonetheless

Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast also not bad. Easy to access. Price also affordable. Very enjoyable stay. Will book again if got an discount from apps for the booking.

The room was clean and the swimming pools was big enough, breakfast was nice to me. The bed was clean and the shower room also tidy and clean. Overall was good 👍

The hotel generally good place but the service could have been better. They will said yes i will do it later but them they forgot.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel with my kids. The surroundings have changed drastically — it’s now quite noisy even at night. That being said, I still like the hotel very much. It’s value for money with great service, friendly staff, relaxing in-house massage, and yummy food at the restaurant. The hotel’s design is also quite impressive despite its age. The rooms have been renovated since my previous visit many years ago, and overall they are comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Location is 5 mins drive to Nagoya Hill. Please keep up the good work, and consider enhancing the sound insulation.

Poor wifi, got smart tv in the room but cannot watch netflix and other ott apps bcoz of poor connection. Poor wifi connection to the phone. Breakfast cannot be called as very good breakfast. Overall average.
