Huge rooms and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was complementary and had many options, but I would say it could have been better. The massage options were plenty and something that I would recommend

Clean rooms, excellent services and very friendly staff especially receptionist tea. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return in the future.

The hotel was old, the towels were dirty, and there were mosquitoes in the bathroom, among other problems.

Staff very helpful and nice. Restaurant staff so help me to keep it my breast milk at their freezer im so happy if not my milk will be expired and need to throw. I will repeat again and pacific will be my fav hotel at batam🫶🏻

Booked Executive Suit for two nights. Clean room and the customer service staffs are polite and efficient. The buffet breakfast is basic but sufficient. In general, good location. Walking distance to HarbourBay Ferry Terminal and nearby amenities. Short drive to NagoyaHill Shopping Mall.

Hotel is great. Breakfast is good. The only thing was while I was at the swimming pool, the anti-slip mats were not extended all the way to the 2nd Jacuzzi… i slipped and fell after I came out of the jacuzzi, just before I reached the anti-slip mats. If only there had been just one more piece of mat, I would not have slipped…

I didn’t take the pic of the room but it was really big and spacious! Sadly they were so many mosquitoes inside the room and toilet also, a lil dusty. Cleanliness wise not really intimidating. Bed and pillows very comfy! Pictures are from my room views! Called for room service, thankfully services are quick. Staff are all friendly and able to speak english 👍🏻 Food: ordered Beef Steak once, it was super hard. Upon ordering, just realised they didn’t ask for preferred beef doneness. Oxtail soup quite nice but not the steak :(

Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

Good selection of menu breakfast, good service and good value of money .Giod licationa nd close to everything . There's a walking distance wide variety of food and drinks for dinner and just opp the hotel have nice park especially during sunset. We'll definitely recommend this to friends .

Overall all good service oso nice I will go to batam again bcz i go with raya so many of the restaurants didn't open

Location was very near to Harbour Bar Ferry Terminal. Stayed in the suite room, and it was spacious. Safe box and aircon were faulty and were rectified within 30mins. Stayed for 4 nights, but only ate the breakfast once as the food were cold. Receptionists were friendly.
