"Really good hotel. The location is walking distance from Batroun Village. They have a nice beach and pool of rooftop. And the best thing is the people who work there. Great service and always helping. I am recommending bebatroun to friends and family. Will visit again"

"One of the worst hotels ive ever been to! The reason is: Mediocre place with mediocre services with outrages prices. My room cost me 120$ (after discount) !!! I thought it s gonna be a deluxe place seeing its price (I plan a lot of getaways). The reality is that I dnt give this more than a 3 star hotel. The balcony is super mehh and with no seating, dusty and rusty, and the view is not that spectacular (you can get a better view from other places in Douma) - the staff is not highly presentable (lack of hospitality etiquette, a bit of nonchalance) - mediocre and old bathroom, also dusty, very limited ustensiles (just shower gel, no shampoo, no toothpaste, no cutlery, etc..) - AND the worst part is ELECTRICITY CUTS AT NIGHT !!!!! Spent my night sweating!!! We were a family who booked 6 rooms and you’d expect some kind gesture or at least to grant us smthg in return of this electricity cut - Not to mention that every time i go out the room, the electricity turns off so i have to go back to a heated sauna !!!!! One of the worst investments I've ever made. If anyone is to go to this place, better book an airbnb. Rly nt worth it. (Only book it if u just need a place to crash and u dnt care abt the value for money)"

"Hello, This is Tony, lebanese but I live in the USA. I came back to Lebanon for a short stay 2 weeks ago at this hotel. The areas were net and clean, rooms, toilets, restaurants and hygiene were top. Food was good. But the worst thing was the receptionist red hair girl Elisa i think and her manager were so rude to me and my foreign friends. This is unacceptable to hire such unprofessional staff at a reputable place, at least hire people that are mature enough to negotiate and respect their guests and not treat them like peasants. My friends and I were very disappointed by this treatment Won't come back again."

"La razón es: Mediocre lugar con servicios mediocres con precios de indigencia. Mi habitación me costó 120$ (después de la descuenta) !!! Creí que sería un lugar de lujo ver su precio (planeo mucho de las cajas). La realidad es que no doy esto más que un hotel de 3 estrellas. El balcón es super mehh y sin asiento, polvo y rosado, y la vista no es tan espectacular (puedes tener una mejor vista desde otros lugares en Douma) - el personal no es muy presentable (falta de etiqueta de hospitalidad, un poco de no chalances) - baño mediocre y viejo, también polvo, herramientas muy limitadas (sólo gel de ducha, no champú, no pasta dental, no cutlery, etc..) - Y la peor parte es el corte de electricidad en la noche !!!!! Nos encontramos en una familia que reservaba 6 habitaciones y esperaba algún tipo de gesto o al menos para darnos smthg en cambio de esta corte de electricidad - No mencionar que cada vez que salgo de la habitación, la electricidad se desconecta, así que tengo que volver a una sauna calentada !!!!! Uno de los peores inversiones que he hecho. Si alguien va a este lugar, mejor reserva un airbnb. Rly nt vale la pena. (Sólo reservarlo si usted necesita un lugar para colapsar y u dnt cuida abt el valor por dinero)"
