I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chestnuts Boutique B&B! I was able to park up my car at the front of the establishment and walk around Bath for the rest of my visit! Attractions and places of interest were around a 15 minute walk away- which is fantastic! The host was so helpful and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable! I had access to plenty of wardrobe space,a TV with Netflix, a fridge, kettle and a well stocked box of tea treats (& fresh cakes too!) Breakfast was gorgeous and fresh. There were plenty of local leaflets available to read about local events and attractions too. Thank you very much!

La zona de espera de la comprobación es muy engañosa. Estamos dispuestos a hacer una habitación clásica, que debe pasar por el edificio principal, pasar por el jardín y llegar al segundo piso de una casa de caballos. La habitación está limpia y el baño es más grande. Pero la ubicación es un poco decepcionante. El precio elevado y la ubicación del hotel alto, Dejemos que la vista automática de la habitación por defecto sea especialmente buena y la ciudad de Bus. La situación es decepcionante. I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths.

Perfect spot for exploring Bath, very central and easy to walk to the station, shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and felt secure in the lovely courtyard. We extended our stay as we felt so at home there. There looked to be a secure left luggage store which we may have used if we’d seen it earlier. Would be useful to have info about this in the apartment info pack. There is some noise from the street for apartment 7, partly from early deliveries to Thermae Spa which is directly opposite, and also from people wandering through the echoey passageways at night. We got used to it by the end of our stay, but light sleepers might prefer one of the inward facing apartments.

Aunque la ubicación está lejos del centro de la ciudad, el ambiente es tranquilo y la distribución interior es elegante y limpia. Aunque la habitación es pequeña, las ventanas son luminosas y claras, y el paisaje fuera de la ventana es hermoso. El desayuno es rico, con muchas opciones y delicioso sabor. ¡recomendar!

The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere — it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, close to local shops and attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, this guesthouse offers comfort, warmth, and great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at The Bailbrook House Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and all the food was excellent. We had a small issue at breakfast as were quite late coming in for it and some of the fruit had gone, however having said that the poached egg and avocado on sourdough I had was to die for, and was delicious, and the full english was very good too. All in all it was all very enjoyable stay and would definitely return, and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Reception staff are very friendly warm welcome, room size is ok, bathroom is reasonable but separate taps is an issue should be a mixer tap for both hot and cold water, Great parking space, breakfast is very nice I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable on our last of breakfast the previous day i had spoken to supervisor of the day to see if they make or buy the mini Crossaints as i wanted to buy a few to take home to my sons, i was informed this is a buffet so im welcome to take as many as i want and as tomorrow is my last day i can take these fresh then, they had no problem in me doing this so on my last day i spoke to the supervisor who said he was informed re this but he doesn't allow this and spoke down to me which made me very uncomfortable as there were other guests there and if it was an issue the supervisor previous day wouldn't have said its ok and that they have done this for other guests, He then said he will not allow me to many but will give me a couple and gave me 3 in a box, i felt very embarrassed and little in that space of time, the way he spoke and his tone was not nice i felt very let down on my last day and this has left me a negative impression

Stayed at Wentworth House for one night. The location was handy — only about a 6 or 7-minute taxi ride into the centre of Bath. Parking on site was free, which is always a bonus, though spaces were limited. The shower worked fine with good hot water, and at £120 a night for three people, the price wasn’t unreasonable for Bath. On the downside, the place is very dated and could do with some serious modernisation. Our room had a noticeable damp smell and the single-glazed windows didn’t help keep the room warm or quiet. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but overall, it’s an okay option if you just need somewhere for a night and aren’t too fussy — though a refresh would really lift the place.
