Great location, super friendly staff (offered us free early check-in and discounted breakfast due to booking last minute). Lovely rooms, nice and spacious, amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were very friendly – unfortunately, that’s the only real advantage of this hotel. When we arrived, we were first given a room in a different building, located on the underground floor. It was dark, damp, cold, and felt more like a cave than a hotel room. We asked if there were any alternatives and were then moved to a room on the third floor of the main building. This clearly showed that other rooms were available, but the reception manager initially tried to give us the worst one. As an apology, we were offered complimentary prosecco, which confirmed that the staff recognized their mistake (though we don’t drink alcohol). The new room was better, but still far from great. Overall, the hotel did not feel like a true four-star property.

I recently stayed at Henrietta Hotel in Bath. The room was clean and tidy, which was appreciated, but it was quite warm and lacked air conditioning. A floor fan was provided, which helped a little, but the heat was still noticeable. The shower was frustrating — once the water got hot, it was difficult to adjust it back to a cooler temperature. Breakfast was underwhelming. The ingredients felt cheap, and the portions were small — especially the juice served in tiny glasses. Overall, the stay was fine for a night or two, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

The hotel lies in a wonderful location, very close to the Pulteney bridge. The room was extra cozy & luxurious. The staff was helpful and very kind. I can only recommend it!

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all attractions without being in the midst of crowds. All staff encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cosy boutique room I stayed in met my solo needs perfectly.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The receptions were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options I enjoyed the hotel’s historical building.The location is convenient for exploring the city, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Service was very good and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We were greeted by Rajeev who was really helpful and accommodative. He and his colleague went out of their way to assist us and made sure we were looked after. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Bath.

I so wanted to love this hotel. Sadly I got basement room with a window out to a moldy stained area below the pavement. I've never wanted to leave a room so much when I woke up in the morning. When I first arrived I was overwhelmed by perfumed cleaning products that never went away. Ultimately I think it was masking some damp or other smell and I began to worry that I migth not be good for my health. The staff were lovely
