The whole room is clean. Staff are all well -accomodating. No id policy is good to avoid unwanted guests. Location is great. To step up more ;change old slippers to new ones. use toothpaste in sachet... mini tube toothpaste is too little... use some fragrant air freshners in the room.. change the shower.. it sprinkled too little water which makes bath uncomfortable. Above all, This hotel deserve my 3 .5 stars out of 5.

Me sorprendió cuando lo puse en primer lugar. El Hotel PonteFino es absolutamente increíble! Mi familia y yo tuvimos un momento increíble. Las instalaciones son de primera mano, el personal es extremadamente acomodador y la comida es deliciosa. ¡Seguramente volveremos!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Mi perro y yo celebramos nuestro cumpleaños durante la estancia. ¡Llegamos a las 8:30 pm como teníamos algunas errands antes de ir al resort. En el primer piso, el hotel tiene una vista marina muy atractiva, ya que tengo a la madre mayor conmigo. La ubicación es un poco lejana, pero es comprensible, ya que es un punto de immersión. Me encanta que sea casi un lugar secreto. La playa no está llena y es junto al resort 5-star, llamado Vivere. El servicio es grande, sin embargo, la recepción es tan difícil de alcanzar. Su número móvil no funciona, creo? Plus el teléfono en la habitación. «Cause everytime I call, it does not push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, at least improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messageing app to address guest’ concern. La limpieza es buena, pero he visto algunas tinturas en las linternas, especialmente con la tapa y la hoja plana. Es una vieja tintura que creo que la lavandería ya no puede quitarla. Pero no me molestó en absoluto, tan pronto como no es sangre. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada más que buscar, porque lo tienen en el hotel. No pude obtener su nombre, pero quizás sea del departamento de HK. Aprecié lo feliz que está para ayudarnos aunque tenemos que bajar 200+ pasos y subir también. Creo que también era uno de los empleados que llevaban nuestras cosas cuando nos check-out. :) Para el resto, la comida era maravillosa y el personal es fácil de acceder :) En general, lo recomendaré y seguro volveré, no sólo por el ocio, sino por la merma (como planeo empujar a Scuba pronto). El número 18 está en esta habitación, el entorno es bueno, el servicio es muy cuidadoso, muy seguro, la noche hay personal del hotel que guardan la puerta! ¡En particular, este restaurante es realmente bueno, recomendado para cenar en su casa, ordené tres o cuatro platos brillantes! (El día siguiente de la estancia de PS, el teléfono de baño cayó en el sofá del lado de la piscina. Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

La playa blanca parece muy famosa en la playa, solicito que vuelva en tres ruedas en el hotel en unos 30 minutos. El paisaje del hotel es el mejor. También puede comer en el balcón compartido delante de la habitación. Nadie lo usa, siempre se ha monopolizado. Todos los empleados son amables. La comida es normal. Malas cosas: muchos hoteles están construidos en la colina, por lo que tienes que ir a las escaleras. A unos cinco minutos de la carretera abajo. Se necesitan aproximadamente dos horas para viajar de Manila a Batangas, y una hora y media para viajar de Barca o de la autopista. En el puerto de Puerto Galera, en tres ruedas, llegamos al hotel por unos 20 minutos. Hay mucho tiempo de espera, como los autobuses y los ferries, que es bueno para quienes quieren viajar, pero que necesitan tiempo.
