The whole room is clean. Staff are all well -accomodating. No id policy is good to avoid unwanted guests. Location is great. To step up more ;change old slippers to new ones. use toothpaste in sachet... mini tube toothpaste is too little... use some fragrant air freshners in the room.. change the shower.. it sprinkled too little water which makes bath uncomfortable. Above all, This hotel deserve my 3 .5 stars out of 5.

Me sorprendió cuando lo puse en primer lugar. El Hotel PonteFino es absolutamente increíble! Mi familia y yo tuvimos un momento increíble. Las instalaciones son de primera mano, el personal es extremadamente acomodador y la comida es deliciosa. ¡Seguramente volveremos!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

En primer lugar, quiero alabarme al receptor masculino que asistió a nuestra entrada el 31 de diciembre de 2022, incluyendo a los que nos ayudan en nuestra equipaje y a los que nos ayudan en el desayuno bufé . Son tan acomodantes, responsables y muy responsables haciendo su trabajo.Buen trabajo y mantenerlo. A continuación, nuestra habitación es limpia, con aire acondicionado y vistas al idioma. CONS están; 1. No wifi 2. Debilidad de señal a toda la red incluso utilizando nuestros datos 3. Amarillas ocasionales En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y asequible más el hecho de que celebramos nuestro nuevo año.

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). Superbe hotel, el hotel está construido en el mar, no puede salir del hotel para subir directamente o jugar a barcos de cuero. El mar está limpio y hay un gran número de barcos alrededor. El hotel tiene un supermercado de comida, el hotel tiene su propia creatividad para cada comida, no hemos rodeado los platos (Yo tengo muchas opciones para comer)

I've been coming to Sabang for 15 years. I've stayed at this place more than 5 times during various visits, its now my most favorite place to stay in Sabang and White beach. things have changed since the pandemic, access and travel time, but well worth the effort. once you arrive, I don't even have to check in, I just show up and tell them which rooms I'd prefer, and its done. the rooms are large, 11, 12 and 14, my favs. their clean, good aircon, good wifi, great bathrooms and shower, warm water, TV works, has cable, viewing deck comfortable and glass slider access. food is the best I've had on the island, Mel, the chef, is great and very accommodating, he gave me my own personal access to the early morning bar to make my own brewed coffee, that'll never happen anywhere else folks, and he's a great cook. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they speak good English, the place stays open until the visitors are finished with their entertainment. the pool is small, yet wonderful, access within walking distance from your get off taxi, but not very wheelchair friendly, not much of the PI is unfortunately, I plan to make this my only option to stay when visiting the island. I recommend calling ahead to check availability and have a back up plan because they fill up during high season. access to the island has changed a bit. Batangas seaport is your beginning and you can only arrive in PeurtoGaler, then can only take a tricycle and/or Tuktuk to get there, takes about 35 minutes, cost about 350 pesos and is better then white beach hands down. has walking distance to bars, clubs, nightlife, yet far enough away to be silent for sleeping, many scuba shops and options, its a scuba mecca, you can YouTube many themes here and you should, I can't recommend this place enough and if your on the fence, pull the trigger, its worth it. good luck and be nice.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a litte further down the sea front but tucked away from the noise while still being right on the water. The room was immaculate and spacious, cleaned everyday and (surprisingly) mosquito-free. The resaurant offers fantastic food at a great price and the whole place has a family run vibe. And it's this that I rate so highly about the place. I was solo travelling over the Christmas holiday and the ladies that run the hotel were so so welcoming and friendly.They offered for me to join their Christmas dinner and kept breakfast open to me 15-20 minutes late so I could catch the 9am dive and still eat when I came back. They were all so lovely, it didn't feel like I was alone over the festive period. If I am ever to visit PG again, I'll 100% be staying at Out of the Blue. Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there
