El personal es muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación comunicada a pesar de que solo reservamos una habitación normal.
El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas de las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno por este precio.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and worth the price.

Visito Batam casi cada semana y este es mi hotel favorito! Desde julio 22, estima que he permanecido 40-50 noches en los últimos 11 meses. En papel, este es un hotel de 3 estrellas. Muy agradable lugar, un concepto de hotel de lujo único en comparación con cualquier otro hotel aquí en Batam, es también un buen tamaño de habitación. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.
No obstante, entiendo la política de cancelación, como pedi para prorrogar mi segundo día, ya que no pude viajar el primer día debido a la cuestión médica.. Traje las prescripciones de los médicos conmigo, demostrar que no soy apropiado para viajar.. Es muy decepcionante que la Administración no considere lo suficiente para al menos conceder una subvención para prolongar mi 2o día para que tenga suficiente descanso y recuperación.
Después de todo, 2 noches de estancia es lo que pagué cuando lo reservaba en línea.
