War im August 2023 für eine Nacht mit der Familie in diesem B&B. Kommen wir zum Check In! Ich musste beim Check Inn Englisch sprechen! Wieso kann man in Basel an der Rezeption kein Deutsch???? Nun das Zimmer, wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer war schön gross und sauber. Die Klimaanlage läuft gar nicht man kann einstellen was man will Sie läuft nicht. Ich nehme böse an das Sie vom Hotel bewusst abgestellt wurde. Was ich auch noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen habe sind die Fenster ohne Griffe!!! Man kann die Fenster weder öffnen noch schliessen!?!? Nun das Frühstück! Was soll ich sagen es war überschaubar und Eklig zugleich! Habe mir Salami und S*****en genommen und das Zeuch regelrecht ausgespuckt! Ja man hat uns zum Frühstück, tatsächlich Salami und S*****en serviert der wohl schon seit Tagen nicht mehr geniessbar war!

Novotel fue un buen lugar para quedarse durante la noche en Basilea. Nuestro tren salió muy temprano el día siguiente, así que prepararon el desayuno para tomarlo, que incluía 2 sandwiches y 2 botellas de agua para cada persona. No puedo decir mucho sobre las instalaciones porque no pudimos explorar, pero el hotel era una ubicación conveniente para llegar a Basilea SBB. El personal de recepción también nos ayudó a reservar un taxi que nos agradecemos por haber ido tan pronto por la mañana a menos tranvías por la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Gracias, Novotel.

El hotel sólo se puede recomendar todo super limpio super moderno. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Desafortunadamente, el estacionamiento es extra y el hotel está situado en una especie de zona industrial. Para comer al exterior, sin duda necesita un coche. De lo contrario todo es mejor.

Absolutamente recomendable! Buena conexión al ÖV (cerca de la estación de tren, autobús y tren). Construcción atractiva. Los silos reutilizados están totalmente integrados en el edificio - o viceversa: el albergue (y los locales de negocios) están totalmente integrados en el edificio :-) Super limpio. atmosfera maravillosa. Check-in simple check-out. Personal amigable, sin complicaciones. Buen desayuno. Todo, realmente todo muy recomendable!!

Our 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.

Sigue siendo muy bueno. Al menos fui ese día. Hay un estacionamiento interior. A 5 minutos en coche de Basilea. Zurich se puede conectar directamente a la autopista. Es particularmente conveniente para los negocios. Vale la pena.

Muy bien cuidado y en realidad 5* hotel digno! Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas son agradables dormir.
Un poco más es el baño donde debe ducharse en el baño con una pequeña ducha y el baño justo detrás de la puerta de ducha.
Para el resto:
- el personal es excelente, el desayuno es completo y amplia
- El gimnasio y el spa son hermosos y la piscina es hermosa

Estaba en este hotel dos fechas por semana separadas y no estaba impresionado. Reservamos este hotel como necesitamos estar cerca de la estación de tren y el autobús de transporte aeroportuario mientras volamos a Europot, quedamos una noche y viajamos a Alemania en tren el día siguiente y hacemos el viaje en inversa la semana siguiente. En el hotel, el primer día nos mostró a nuestra habitación, para decir que era muy pequeño, la única forma de abrir nuestra maleta (no la mayor) fue ponerla en la cama. No podía haber pasado una noche en esa habitación porque era muy clostrafóbico. Como habíamos pagado el cuarto que nos dejamos sin opción, sólo para pagar un total de 80 francos por ambas noches. En cuanto a las instalaciones que eran básicas, no hay lugar para hacer una bebida caliente, de hecho, había una carafe y 2 vasos, pero no agua, en la segunda ocasión cuando nos quedamos uno de los vasos tenía lo que parecía ser dental en el rim.
