The location is very convenient, staff is friendly, there are free mini bar in room. Room is a bit small though.

Gorgeous hotel,polite staff & very clean. Really dissappointed most of bar area shut off though & sad that bar had shut so early before 11pm when we had made our way back there. Chose this hotel as bar looked wonderful but had no idea it was shut early or section closed. Wasn't informed of this when booking.

Hotel was fabulous . Great location for what we wanted to do. Staff were helpful but unfortunately the room had some noise which made it difficult to sleep

Really good trip, we were well looked after with excellent service. My husband was unwell and couldn’t make it to breakfast, they gave me a box to fill up and take to the room. They also checked us in early since he needed to lye down.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of London. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service - e.g. I asked for 1-2 additional Nespresso pods to make coffee and they delivered a whole full sleeve of pods to my room within minutes!! Very convenient access to Victoria station and walking distance from many popular locations, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Thames River and Belgravia shopping area. Loved it!

We had a fabulous stay at the Clermont! Staff were so welcoming and polite especially the Maitre D'. We stayed in King Suite which was lovely. Handy location of being near Victoria Station and underground. Would come again. No problem with Trip reservation either. Excellent trip.

Had a great time at the Clermont Victoria, checking in took a while and was only due to lack of communication. There was a check in desk available around the corner lead to bar and restaurant. Staff in the lobby saw me waiting but didn’t make me aware of this, only for me look myself and walk over to the said check in desk. This I thought was a little strange and left me with a bad impression of the staff in the lobby that day.
Looking past check the hotel was great ; the entrance grand ; amazing architecture. My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, some items weren’t being replenished frequently enough !! Don’t know if that says something about myself or the hotel 😅 all in all I enjoyed my stay.

I will never use Trip nor the Clermont again, I have stayed at this hotel before and it's very good, however the customer service between Trip and the Clermont was appalling.
