Camping Serenella

Just got home from 10 days at this site with my husband and 2 children (13/16) We had a great time. Site opens straight on to the lake which is stunning at any time of day. Shop was well stocked and quite reasonable however there is a eurospar not far up the road. Pitches were quite close and we couldn’t park the car on our pitch but that wasn’t a problem really. Pool was lovely and plenty of sun loungers. Didn’t use the restaurant or watch the entertainment so can’t comment on those. Lovely bars straight outside the back gates on the lake where they also serve pizza and pasta. Amazing walks around the lake to bardolino (10 mins) and garda (25 mins). We also walked to Lazise which was about an hour or so. Overall the site did us just fine and we had a fabulous holiday. Just to add, take beach shoes to go in the lake in!!

Campsite in a great location with a very family friendly atmosphere. Yes it a little “tight” In places and the bottom floods in a heavy storm. However I would holiday here again. The only things you need to be aware of are… 1) Don’t use the washing machines. Program never finishes and reception staff not at all interested in your problem. TBH they were simply just rude about it to me. 2) if your along the beach side it can have loud music from the lakeside bars until around 23:00. The road side will have a lot of road noise. Site gets “quiet” around midnight most nights. Apart from above two points shower blocks are amazing (best showers we’ve ever had on a camp site) and the mainly Dutch visitors are sooooo friendly and helpful. PS … you will need storm straps and a lot of rope. When a storm hits it’s unbelievable!!! So be over prepared!!!

Excellent location right by the lake. Only a 20 min ish walk into Bardolino. Lots of great beach bars on promenade by lake. Didn't use the shower blocks but looked quiet. Laundry facilities were terrible. Not all washing machines worked and we had to wait by machine as people were opening the washing machine doors mid cycle as you couldn't see if machine was finished. Restaurant not great, service bad but local beach bars excellent value for money and very close by.

Very good campsite in a wonderful position Very clean and tidy and loved the laid back style . Even the campsite shop is reasonably priced .. Could benefit with better Wi-Fi Excellent for lake activities and great walking opportunities especially up La Rocca before breakfast Lake Garda is one of the best holiday destinations in Europe.

Da wir den Platz kannten, hatten wir sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich einen Platz abgesprochen, auf den wir aufgrund der Größe unseres WoMos drauffahren und auf dem wir stehen können. Leider hatte man total vergessen, einen entsprechenden Platz für uns freizuhalten. An der Rezeption meinte man nur, wir könnten ja wieder fahren, wenn wir auf den zugewiesenen Platz nicht draufkämen. Es waren noch genügend andere Plätze frei, davon hat man uns keinen geben wollen. Nach einigem Theater bekamen wir unsere Anzahlung zurück und sind gefahren. Zusammenfassung: in die Jahre gekommener Platz mit unfreundlichem Personal, lustlos und überfordert. Es gibt genügend andere Campingplätze in der Gegend mit tollen Stellplätzen, besserer Anlage insgesamt und mega freundlichem Personal!

Bellissima esperienza in questo camping. Personale gentilissimo,bagni pulitissimi e ottimo piccolo supermercato dove trovi di tutto. Uscendo dal campeggio a piedi verso la riva del Garda a sx in mezz'ora arrivi a Bardolino e a dx in 40 minuti arrivi a Garda. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Vado da anni presso il campeggio in oggetto. Prima in Bungalow, adesso in Camper. La struttura è ormai da anni collaudata. Cambio di casette ogni tanto. Rinnovamento periodico. Parlo però della mia attuale esperienza (settembre 2023). Preso una piazzola Lux. Alcune osservazioni: 1) Lo scarico è posto lateralmente...quindi se hai un mezzo con il WC Nautico o ti porti una prolunga da 20 metri o devi trovare un altro modo per scaricare. 2) La mia piazzola pur essendo una LUX...era molto piccola...in confronto ad altre anche di fascia inferiore in cui potevi parcheggiare anche 3 mezzi in fila. 3) Bagni abbastanza puliti (ovviamente si trovano i soliti sporcaccioni che non tirano l'acqua o la fanno per terra...ma non ci si può far niente...i ragazzi che pulivano erano presenti e si davano da fare) 4) Animazione inesistente per i bambini Italiani. Non mi è mai capitato di vedere in Italia...animazione completamente straniera...e che PARLA SOLO TEDESCO! 5) Sempre sul punto 4....i messaggi vocali del mattino su attività o notizie...come prima lingua...Tedesco...poi Inglese...e alcune volte l'italiano veniva anche omesso. Capiamo che il 70% del campeggio è riempito da Tedeschi ma Bardolino è sempre e comunque Italia. 6) Reception tutta cambiata rispetto ad un paio di anni fa... personale freddo e a volte scocciato. I ragazzi "accompagnatori" manco ci hanno salutato nonostante i nostri ripetuti saluti. 7) Piscina sempre divertente. Bagnino simpatico e sempre presente.

Accettano i cagnolini nei ristoranti stellati, negli hotel di lusso ma nel campeggio con i bagni in comune tende bungalow roulotte e camper non sono ben accetti gli animali. Io consiglio di evitare questo camping vista la numerosa offerta di campeggi sul lago.
