It was a good family friendly hotel. Though the food price of its restaurant is little bit high, but the food quality is delicious. Rooms are well maintained. Acs are working well. All amenities are good. Staffs are well behaved. Helpful and co operative. Room service is also very good.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. Management should look into this and take some corrective actions I have covered this hotel and Bolpur in my Youtube Channel. You will get the link in my profile. El mejor resort para permanecer en las orillas del río Kopai, en medio de la verdería en un ambiente rural pacífico, lejos de la gruesa y la gruesa de la ciudad. El restaurante adyacente Radheshyam es famoso por todo tipo de comida deliciosa, especialmente el estilo Santiniketan tali le hará que desee visitar de nuevo y de nuevo.

Uno de los servicios de engaño que recibí del hotel, muy decepcionante, me pagan una buena cantidad de precio por el único trabajo, en la noche que pedí agua potable, sirvieron, cuando llegaron con la cuenta que me pidió que firmara, dijo que sería cargable, cuando me negaron, dijeron que sólo sería la botella está en la casa, el descanso será cargable, significa que si no tengo dinero no puedo beber agua, pagué la factura de ser un gerente general de un lujo Resort, para mí me hacen espero no cacerá por ningún otro huésped. Esto debería estar claro antes del control que no están alimentando ninguna agua. Oops ......... La más decepcionante. No visitará,puede nunca ser. Dios bendiga

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. Special thanks to Mr Subhendu Kesh and his front office team who had taken care of our stay like a friend & guardian away from home… I look forward to visit u all soon and make more happy memories ***** with happiest stays… Lisa Paul & Amit Dey

The view from the room was excellent, the cleaning of the room was outsatanding.. It was an excellent stay as usual and this is not the first time I am using their place but yes every time they surprise me with better services.
