Great hotel at a great spot.

The hotel was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Right around the corner from La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The service and staff were great. The breakfast was good but we got tired of the same things because we stayed so many days. Our room had a leak with the sink faucet so they changed our room the following day. However, the shower did not drain in this room and overflowed into the bathroom. It was significant enough that they must have known of this issue prior. They said they would send someone although the issue was never fully resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of the hotel location.

We had a great stay. The staff and management were really welcoming. We received an upgrade to our room and were offered a late check out if we needed it. The breakfast was excellent. It’s also a great location. Full marks all round.

Location is perfect to explore Barcelona. Facilities are good, however it surprised me that there is no chair or sofa in the room, so to work on your laptop you have to do it lying in bed.

Pros: location is central to everything, very walkable , many great restaurants in the Area, the famous market, fantastic shopping. The people working in the hotel are friendly, and helpful. We choose to purchase the daily breakfast and it was delicious, good variety, and convenient. There are a million food options around, but the convenience was worth it. Cons: it’s pricey for EU, be prepared for European pillows, and ask for a room that doesn’t face the inside “courtyard” hotel area (otherwise it will get noisy).
