AAngelicaWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

WWinnieEra un hotel bastante agradable, pero el personal de recepción fue un poco impredecible: no fue tan amable a la llegada, pero fue agradable algunos días. El desayuno era fantástico, aunque el restaurante estaba demasiado frío para cenar cómodamente, pero el personal era muy agradable. La habitación era perfecta, excepto por los mosquitos. La sala recreativa era buena aquí, con mesa de billar, tenis de mesa, computadora, sala de estar, televisión y espacio de trabajo para negocios. Mientras estábamos allí, la piscina se puso verde y no estaba muy limpia. La otra cosa que no se mencionó ni se mostró en ninguna parte fue la vista al mar, una gran mancha de tierra desde el hotel hasta el mar. A la zona de la piscina le vendría bien un poco de sombra. Está en una buena ubicación para ir a la ciudad a comer, etc. Tuk Tuk es barato. Pero tiene un olor extraño/tipo agua estancada, probablemente porque estaba al lado de algún tipo de río.

PPau.Me gustó mucho el albergue, el personal como es muy común en Filipinas es extremadamente amable y siempre servicial, me encantó la inusual litera grande y desearía haber podido quedarme hasta el último día que planeé quedarme, sin embargo, el clima me obligó a irme un día antes y realmente esperaba que el albergue entendiera mi posición, considerando que las condiciones naturales están fuera de mi control y no podía correr el riesgo de no llegar a Coron para tomar mi vuelo de salida de Filipinas, lamentablemente terminé pagando el doble por el alojamiento y no he podido ver tanto como esperaba del país.

Nuestra suite era de lo mejor. El bar y la piscina son maravillosos para relajarse después de excursiones de un día. Las chicas de recepción fueron un poco decepcionantes, lo que no se puede decir del resto del personal. Todos los demás fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Nos gustaría mencionar especialmente a la Sra. Darlyng, una mujer maravillosa, y al Sr. Jan de nuestro viaje privado. Gracias por todo.

Es muy fácil llegar al centro de la ciudad y al puerto; siempre hay triciclos disponibles en el hotel. Cuesta 40 pesos por persona.
Lamentablemente, no hay ninguna tienda cerca donde se puedan comprar cosas pequeñas (galletas, limonada, cerveza, etc.).
Los desayunos cuestan 500 pesos y hay una buena selección.
La comida del restaurante es de 4 estrellas. No me gustaron mucho las ensaladas.
Reservamos las excursiones a través del hotel. Es muy práctico que te recojan y te dejen directamente en el hotel. El pago se realiza después de la excursión, lo que significa que puedes cancelarla si hace mal tiempo.

UUsuario anónimoReservé una habitación Deluxe y no me decepcionó, la vista era impecable. Teníamos un balcón en la habitación y una vista realmente buena, puedes simplemente relajarte en el balcón con vista a la playa. La habitación tiene sofá en su interior y super amplia. Aunque el desayuno está servido. Lástima, no hay piscina como se indica en el sitio web. Pero bueno, ofrecen kayak gratis, para que puedas hacer alguna actividad en la playa. Hay marea baja durante la mañana.
En cuanto a la ubicación, si no quieres estar en un lugar lleno de gente, es recomendable. Si eres una persona a la que le encanta salir de fiesta por la noche, estás a sólo 5 minutos en coche de la ciudad donde se encuentran los bares.
En general, ¡tuvimos una estancia agradable! 👍😊

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación que nos ofrecieron es nueva y tiene la mejor vista al mar, pero presenta las siguientes deficiencias: (1) solo funcionaba uno de los dos ascensores, y una noche el otro no funcionaba y nos vimos obligados a subir a pie hasta el sexto piso por una escalera incompleta; (2) generadores ruidosos que perturban la tranquilidad del ambiente; (3) la habitación DELUXE no dispone de albornoz, peine ni secador de pelo; (4) el nivel de sonido del televisor no se puede ajustar; (5) el spa, el chorro/sauna, aún se calienta antes de la recepción de los huéspedes.
Esto requiere mejoras.

UUsuario invitadoThe beach view is definitely amazing that was the only reason I think why Microtel excel from different hotel in palawan. The facilities is very old, rooms are dark, the aircon is very loud and noisy same with the exhaust fan in the comfort room which is very disturbing. I hope management will take a look in the renovation of the property, the view and excellent and having a good facilities will complement it.
Also, the hotel concessionaire is really not good, menus for breakfast is only limited and yet not all are available, only few menus and choices. ”CANTINA” Please improve your services is too bad.
