Mi primera reserva de hotel en Kelantan, y su muy grande. La habitación es maravillosa. Piscina y café fue grande.Tienen una variedad de comida, y por supuesto algunas opciones locales como nasi kerabu y kuh muih. El hotel combina el lujo moderno con los elementos culturales malaicos ricos, ofreciendo una experiencia única. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas, y están equipadas con catering para viajeros de negocios y de ocio.

UUsuario anónimoSuch a nice and strategic hotel in Kb. The food was nice also. Only when we went for breakfast around 9.30 am they did not topup the foods anymore which is the closing at 10.30 which i think still needs to topup dont let it empty to early. The rest all good

2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service?
3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion)
4. Guards - very friendly and always smile (credit for them)
Overall - not bad
But got room for improvement in future….

Shower liquid is dual uses- not a good quality shampoo and body wash
Room does not provide any slipper for use on the cold tile floor
Breakfast is plain basic bread butter, noodle,...salad and coffee and tea.
The Toilet paper holder has never cleaned before ...I guessed so dirty
Good location to access the china town.

2. Parking not convinience at all. Parked behind hotel beside bird **** and if not in parking lot will be summon by MPKB.
3. Towel smelly and bed sheet torn. No toiletries.

TTanDebraThe door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.
