SSeveino brigatoThe Radisson Pont du Chery is a hotel of no more than four stars, and it is very far from the main (white) part of the city. It is about 13–14 km away, and the hotel charges USD 20 each way, USD 20 to go and USD 20 to return.
So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert.
It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

UUsuario invitadoOur stay was fabulous. The hotel is a meticulously renovated 18th century building, providing modern amenities ***** with the historic french cultural feel. Its an Insta reel lover's dream. The hotel also houses one of the reputed restaurants for Creole cuisine, and the a-la-carte food was divine. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. 2 minutes' walk from the promenade beach and bang in the middle of best photogenic locations of Whjitetown. Every café and photography spot is in the walking distance! The staff were extremely polite, helpful, smiling and friendly. A very good option for discerned travelers.

AAJITHACame to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too..
Pro:
-Service is super fast and feel like luxury.
-Indoor pool was great and very clean.
-Gym had trainers in the evening i guess.
-Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide.
-centre of the city yet so quiet
-Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious
- iPad with lot of high tech
- expresso was had to make but they give help u.
- good Wi-Fi

Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it.
Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

UUsuario invitadoLovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt” La Villa” which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt ”The Spot” which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

UUsuario invitadoHad a pleasant stay at la grrande malar. Swanky interiors and well thought out storage space in the rooms. Room service was super prompt. Breakfast spread was adequate and tasty. The front desk managers and the hotel staff were all very amicable and helpful. We felt at home at our two night stay and i think its a value for money deal. Beaches and restaurants were all very accessible by walk from this hotel. A sweet spot to stay at a silent locality, nestled inside a bustling area.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel scores only for its location. Classic rooms are small with ergonomic issues. Rooms have started showing their age. However, the most disappointing is the breakfast. Forget spread, even refill takes time. Severely mismanaged - understaffed, no bowls present for taking liquid items have to keep asking staff multiple times. And they will keep only one jug of fruit juice - causing mayhem and rush among-st guests. And after 3-4 jugs they replace it with canned juice.
