Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

UUsuario invitadoWhat a fab place. 10-15 mins from airport (€22 taxi) Very central, near to the square, beaches, shops n restaurants. Quiet at night. Large, clean apartments with basic amenities, comfy beds, all you need. Helpful, friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Debs diner onsite was great prices, top breakfast n good choice of food and Debs n Liz are very friendly n helpful. Everything you need on your doorstep, I’ll be back!

UUsuario invitadoTeníamos un bonito apartamento limpio que era muy espacioso. La cama es realmente buena, muy suave y dormimos como bebés. El baño no era nada especial pero estaba limpio, que es lo más importante. El desayuno es un poco caro. (8,- por 2 zumos de naranja pequeños). El personal fue amable. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo pero lamentablemente estaba completo. El único inconveniente fueron los 100 borges que hay que pagar con tarjeta de crédito, ya que no teníamos una, pero de todos modos conseguimos el apartamento. Recomendé este lugar a otras personas si buscan relaj**** sin los gritos de los turistas.
Si lees esto como turista, mantén limpia esta hermosa isla y muestra tu respeto. (Caminamos con una bolsa vacía recogiendo basura por el camino)

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel muy agradable, al final de la calle PDC, a 5/10 minutos del aeropuerto y sólo a € 1.40 en autobús local (161).
Beber, vinos, café, bebidas suaves en la tapa... literalmente, pero también tiene numerosos bares alrededor del lugar con un gran servicio.
¡Tres restaurantes, dos de los cuales tienes que reservar a priori (asián y canaria), comida es abundante y de muy buena calidad.
El equipo de limpieza y mantenimiento es como un pequeño ejército, el lugar es insensible y nada se olvida.
Yo recomendaría íntegramente!!!

LLloyd88El complejo de apartamentos era muy tranquilo; no había huéspedes ruidosos, ya que eran principalmente familias.
El apartamento era muy espacioso y la cama muy cómoda. Hay una cocina completa con utensilios básicos incluidos.
La comunicación con el alojamiento fue excelente. Asegúrate de revisar tu correo electrónico antes de la llegada, ya que la recepción cierra a las 17:00. El alojamiento nos facilitó el registro fuera del horario habitual y no tuvimos ningún problema.
Lo recomiendo encarecidamente si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo y económico; sin duda, volvería.

Mmocha is in europeGot a nice sea view at the common area. (I saw fireworks at night because of their festival).
Since it's bear to the playa Chica, you can just go swimming there and look your stuff in the hostel without worrying getting stolen. Very nice for solo travelers! Btw it really work snorkeling or swimming to see the fish there!!!
It's also near to the bus stop las Vista and the shopping mall so you can get to playa Blanca/arricefe/airport/any tours you joined easily.
Have laundry and drying service for 10 euros (but you have to ask for the staff at the reception).
The reception staffs don't speak English well but they try their best to communicate with me with Google translate, which I appreciate.

UUsuario invitadoPleasant surprise when we were given a 2 bed apartment rather than a 1 bed which we booked.
Great location for restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away to be quiet.
Only annoying thing was the kids water area which went in from 10 am until 6 pm continually even although there were no kids around due to bad weather.
