Jinling Grand Hotel
9,3 (1,811 valoración)

Jinling Grand Hotel ★★★★★

📍 No. 77 Nanyuan East Road, Condado de Baoying

"The service is extremely poor. I basically stay at Nanjing Jinling every time I go to Nanjing. This time I stayed at Baoying Jinling Hotel in Baoying. The difference is really huge. I won’t say much about the broken socket at the bar. I booked a standard room and noted in the order that I was traveling with children. They asked me to prepare children’s slippers and toiletries, and they also sent me adult ones... They asked for an extra bath towel and face towel, but they didn’t deliver them after nearly 40 minutes. After I took a shower, I didn’t have a clean bath towel, so I had to use one that my family had used, otherwise I would have frozen to death. The front desk and the waiter told me that the hotel only has one auntie serving the entire guest room at night... No way, you are a five-star chain hotel, that’s it? One room attendant at night? There is no problem with the waiter’s service, the problem is with the hotel management, they should resign, it’s embarrassing, are they so stingy? Are they reluctant to hire people or what? After I finish typing this paragraph, I will go to Jinling headquarters to continue complaining"

"Must give the Orange Hotel full praise! As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a fresh orange fragrance and a full sense of design. The room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was superb, and I slept until dawn. The smart equipment is easy to use, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the orange-flavored toiletries are very healing. Kyriad Hotel ★★★
"This October vacation came all the way from Zhejiang to Beijing. This is the most dissatisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is more expensive than the Orange Hotel in Beijing, but the service, facilities, and management are not at all comparable. It was past 12 o'clock when we got off the expressway. I chose this hotel after reading the reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. Let me talk about the room first. As soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of formaldehyde after decoration. It made my eyes uncomfortable. I wanted to open the window to let out the air. , I saw that there was an undecorated room outside, and it was connected to the room next to it. It was very unsafe to open the window. Only the air conditioner with the bottom open is the windiest. There are no tea bags and coffee bags, and the welcome fruit cannot be more simple. Do you deserve the price of more than 500? Forget it, wash up and go to bed. As a result, when I opened the small box of the dental appliance, there was a cut in the plastic on the box. The water pipe on the sink leaked and water flowed all over the floor. The distance between the toilet and paper towels was very far, and the child simply couldn't hook it. Less than. After washing, I went to sleep, but as soon as I lay down and turned over, the bed made a squeaking sound, which made me collapse. The breakfast in the morning was also hard to describe. The bathroom in the restaurant has not been cleaned for hundreds of years. The floor is covered with dust, which scares the children away. I told the front desk when I checked out and there was no apology at all. Such a sense of service and sanitary environment, forget it! Please be careful not to stay in this room."

"Barato y básico. La habitación estaba bien, aunque un poco sucia. Las camas son duras y el baño y el inodoro, que están separados, necesitan una limpieza. La presión del agua es baja. Hay un hervidor de agua en la habitación, lo cual es bueno, y hay un restaurante abajo, regentado por un matrimonio, así que se puede comer allí. Está bien para el precio que tiene."
