Se ha centrado en las cuestiones relativas a las instalaciones: No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night. No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programmes, not free to choose whatever you want. No.3, el baño no se cayó bien. Lamentablemente, no hay tiempo para hacer fotos, pero la experiencia no es muy buena,

位置非常好，離保定站衹隔了一條馬路；老闆人非常熱情，放好行李後知道我要出去吃飯主動用車送我過去，晚上還微信聯繫我接我回店，非常感謝。另外房間裏進門要求換拖鞋或鞋套，這在青旅中非常少見，由此可見衞生還是很注意的。性價比在保定的平台上應該算很高的了，可能是因為價格便宜所以床架不是新款帶插座照明的那種，但也睡得很舒服。設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機微波爐都有。

第一次來保定旅遊原因是我家神獸想參觀保定自然博物館，於是最開始我們把酒店定在了保定東，後來在參觀的過程中無意間發現了這個酒店，離我們要去，剩下要去的直隸總督署、淮軍公所、西大街、大慈閣都非常的近。於是我們就臨時改了這家白玉蘭酒店，簡直太讓我們驚喜了！！！ 1.首先酒店馬路斜對面200米就是直隸總督署， 2.其次沿着馬路走不遠大概400米左右的樣子就是西大街的曹家驢肉火燒（推薦這幾驢肉火燒味道不錯），走着走着就能看見大慈閣。 3.離淮軍公所也非常近，並且可以再訂酒店的時候來帶着就把淮軍公所的票定了很省事。 4.除了酒店往左手邊一直在就能到達保定火車站 這地理位置沒誰了。 周邊吃東西也特別方便，推薦馬路對面的馬子旺牛肉麪館，我一盒不愛吃拉麪的人也吃了半碗，裏面的菜品都很棒，推薦小米涼糕、骨湯牛肉麪、涼皮、羊肉串、還有一些小菜都值得一吃。 再説説房間，人家在訂酒店的時候就説明得很清楚，什麼房間是每層第一間房，什麼房型是相對於裏面很安靜的房型，我們選的是裏面安靜的房型因為帶着孩子怕會有比較雜亂的聲音，結果真的是一夜好眠沒聽到外面什麼聲音。房間裏面吹風機、茶飲各種應有盡有。❤前台小姐姐看見我們帶着孩子還特地問我們是否需要給孩子準備拖鞋、洗漱用具等，特別專業和體貼，給小姐姐點個贊👍👍 房間裏很乾凈、床鋪很舒服，枕頭是我喜歡的稍微比較硬的枕頭，也準備了很柔軟的枕頭。洗漱間裏浴室很寬敞，我先生2m的個子可以伸展開。 總的來説這是一家也別值得推薦的酒店不管是從價格、硬件設施以及服務人員的專業水平都值得推薦。另外這家酒店是錦江集團的，我對錦江的好感又多了不少。如果下次我們帶着長者去，還會選擇這家酒店的。

每次來都住這家悦為漫，服務熱情，房間温馨，布草乾淨。雖然在火車站附近，但是房間隔音很不錯，房間也乾淨，沒有異味，通風好。酒店免查房，退房很快，節省了很多時間，很方便。大堂很敞亮，值得推薦

從進門到離店都特別滿意！酒店整體乾淨整潔，沒有衞生死角，衞生間馬桶、洗漱台都擦得鋥亮，無異味。床品柔軟親膚，睡得特別香，隔音效果好，隔壁説話都聽不見，早餐種類豐富，葷素搭配合理，強烈推薦給大家！

The Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

Esta estadía es excelente, debe ser elogiada! La higiene está especialmente en el lugar, la habitación está incolora, las camas están limpias y no tienen ningún olor, el baño está limpio y se encuentra lleno de detalles. El servicio es más intimidad, el personal ha tomado la iniciativa de ayudar a llevar la maleta, todo el proceso está entusiasmado y cuidadoso, y la respuesta a la demanda es especialmente oportuna. Las instalaciones de carrera son brillantes, el equipo está configurado de manera alta, funciona con flujos de corriente, la experiencia es excelente, las instalaciones de acompañamiento también son perfectas y bien mantenidas, se utilizan con especial dureza. La vivienda en general se siente especialmente cómoda, el precio es muy alto, ya sea viajar o descansar es muy adecuado. La próxima vez, seguro que escogeremos esta casa, realmente empujar.

每次外出就愛住漢庭酒店，來保定遊玩也不例外選擇了漢庭。後院停車非常方便，房間寬敞舒適，設施嶄新乾淨，臨近過年大堂布置得很有新年氛圍，工作人員親切有禮，臨走還送了温水和小零食，非常非常棒！😍😍

這次保定之行最正確的決定就是選擇凱蓮温尼爾！位置真的絕了，就在老城區核心地帶，步行就能到直隸總督署博物館、古蓮花池這些景點，逛累了隨時能回酒店歇腳，周邊還有不少特色小店，覓食超方便。 酒店的性價比簡直了！床品柔軟舒適，躺下就不想起來，而且衞生做得超到位，角落都乾乾淨淨沒有異味，房間設施非常齊全（՞ਊ՞）👍👍👍👍👍。 最驚喜的是爆米花呦，孩子超喜歡吃[色][色]🍿（º﹃º） 服務更是沒話説！前台小姐姐熱情又有耐心，辦理入住退房都超快，還主動給我們推薦當地美食和遊玩路線。自駕過來的朋友完全不用擔心停車問題，酒店有專屬後院停車場，旁邊還有一個超市的大停車場，都是免費呦[愉快][愉快][愉快] 不管是親子旅遊、商務出差還是情侶出行，這家都超合適！網速流暢不卡頓，暖氣充足又不乾燥，整體安靜不吵鬧，住得特別舒心。已經推薦給朋友了，下次來保定還選這裏，必須五星好評！
