There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice.
The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best!
And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food.
At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

Nice hotel situated in the fields of rice, papaya and coconut palms. Rooms are large with beautiful terrace from which is nice view to the valley. The bed was king size with comfortable pillows. 真的不錯，在ijen火山附近，我會推薦給大家。
雖然衹呆了6個小時（因為第二天一早2:30am就出發，前一晚從bromo過來八點才到），但整體感覺很不錯，從前台服務、到餐廳、到住宿體驗、morning call到提前早餐準備，都有水準。
晚上去餐廳用餐，也是一路上很有回憶點的一頓。
讓我覺得整體感覺有點像ubuh的capella。

Hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. In eerste instantie lijkt het allemaal zeer luxe en dat is het vast ook geweest…. Bij het inchecken moesten we al beslissen wat we ‘s avonds wilden eten. Keuze was beperkt omdat er een aantal zaken niet voorradig waren, hotel was vol werd gezegd, inkoopfoutje? En we zaten helemaal alleen te eten. Wat we uiteindelijk kregen was redelijk. Het zwembad was heerlijk na een lange reisdag, maar wel vies. Zwarte randen, ook in het bubbelbad. De douche was niet echt warm en bij de wastafel was alleen koud water (lastig met scheren). De airco op onze kamer werkte slecht, omdat de elektriciteit regelmatig wegviel. Gelukkig konden er wel ramen open, dankzij de goede horren. Er is alleen in de badkamer een stopcontact, gelukkig hadden we zelf een contactdoos voor meerdere stekkers bij ons, zodat alle apparaten weer opgeladen konden worden. De kamers zijn twee onder een kap, we hadden een heel gezin naast ons, tamelijk gehorig…. Verder eindeloos, luid gezang van verschillende moskeeën in de buurt, maar daar waren we op voorbereid, onze oordoppen brachten uitkomst, Kortom een hotel met alle potentie, maar er moet hier en daar wel wat gebeuren.

UUsuario invitadoNo llegues a la noche. Puedes ser enterrado. El hotel está realmente en el bosque, sólo llegamos a las 8:00 porque queremos conducir del bromo al hotel ese día. Había reservado 2 noches, queríamos solicitar la cancelación en el camino. Pero lo cambiamos inmediatamente después de llegar al hotel. El personal del hotel nos recibió muy entusiasta y nos recordó que podíamos ir a cenar en el restaurante. Se levantará la mañana siguiente y te sorprenderá. El desayuno también es bueno, los huéspedes del hotel no llevarán mucho, muy privado. Muy tranquilo, si tengo oportunidad, me voy. GGeorgia SLa habitación era muy confortable, la habitación era limpia y la habitación estaba limpia. La recepción fue mantenida 24 horas al día, así que podía comer a medianoche. El menú no estaba en gran inglés y algunas de las opciones occidentales eran un poco extrañas - mi carbonara había pastelado pollo en, y queso de pastel en la parte superior por alguna razón. Sin embargo, sabía bien, las porciones eran buenas y muy bien precio.

UUsuario invitadoAfter two days in Banyuwangi, this really is the only choice in town; we are so glad we didn't book another hotel. There is a nice park across the road and the night market is a short walk away. Restaurants, coffee shops and various other establishments all within walking distance. Note that the doors open inward; there's also no card entry so you can charge your devices while out. The WiFi is erratic and there is no fridge in the room, but no great bother. All the staff were excellent, including the front desk and cleaning staff. There's something enigmatic about this place and it all centers around the pool. It has a kind of cool, dystopian Las Vegas outskirts vibe to it. It could easily appear in a Coen brothers film if ever they come to Indonesia. It's not luxury, and W. Somerset Maugham probably wouldn't repeat, but we most certainly will next time we pass through.

NNicoAlgo viejo pero agradable. No hay restaurante disponible en el sitio, pero hay unos pocos almacenes de conveniencia a la calle, 400m. Internet sólo funciona en la zona común. 15 km / 45min desde el comienzo del tren a Ijen. Muy conveniente

If you need internet for work G Land area is not good. In all surf camps nearby and wifi for video calling or stable sockets. Mobile network is the same. Closest village with good internet is located in 1 hour road from g land. We left this place 1 day before than our booking is expired because of bad internet.
If you on your own transport you have to show your reservation in alas purwo national park. Otherwise it’s forbidden to enter park on your own transport.
The food is good for surfers. You accumulate it during your stay and pay at the end. The dormitory room looks simple and clean (you have to go to toilet outside in 30 seconds). There are loads of monkeys in the area: be careful during your breakfast, they could easily catch your milkshake or so. Staff spend some time to deal with monkeys.
They have transfer with boat to surf spots. If you want to paddle in beach is just 100 meters away.
Many animals are nearby: I saw deers, boars, monkeys. There are some gossips about tigers.
