El hotel está totalmente descuidado. Al entrar hay dos letreros de “en venta”. Las fotografías que se muestran en la página web corresponden a su inauguración. Ahora las instalaciones están abandonadas, la pintura desconchada, las hamacas necesitan un cambio. Los muebles de la habitación necesitan renovación. Están repintados. La tapicería del sofá estaba muy sucia. No había puerta entre el baño y la habitación, únicamente una cortina puesta de cualquier manera. El suelo de la ducha estaba desconchado. Es una lástima, ya que el concepto del hotel, con diferentes edificios rodeados de vegetación, es genial y su situación y playa mucho mejores que las del Tamala. La playa está limpia y cuidada. El restaurante está a pie de playa y la cocina es buena, aunque los precios son muy caros. El desayuno no es muy variado, pero hay incluso opción vegana. El personal es amable y servicial, y ponen todo su empeño en solucionar las incidencias que aparecen. Al llegar no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, ni el wifi ni la TV. El AA lo repararon con bastante celeridad. Así como también el agua corriente el día que nos quedamos sin ella en la habitación. En media hora estaba solucionado. El día de salida el personal nos facilitó habitación de cortesía para poder tomar una ducha antes de irnos. En definitiva, el precio de las habitaciones es caro. El restaurante carísimo. Sería aceptable la situación de falta de mantenimiento en el que se encuentra el hotel si los precios fueran bastante inferiores. Aunque posiblemente en sus inicios sí, ahora no llega ni a la categoría de 4 estrellas y se anuncia como 5 estrellas. La decepción es inevitable si se hace la elección viendo las fotografías que se publican en su web. Si estás valorando este hotel, echa un vistazo al Kunta Kinte Resort, a pie de playa también. Tiene los mismos servicios a un precio mucho más asequible y está regentado por una familia local. Estuve allí el año pasado, pero este año, al viajar acompañada, busqué un hotel superior.

Prettig rustig resort wat ook voor business events wordt gebruikt waardoor redelijk goed internet. Hadden swimupkamer aan westkant daar heb je veel zon, kamers aan oostkant hebben alleen in ochtend zon. Goede zwembaden. Wij hadden logies. Ontbijt is wat eentonig maar internationaal simpel. Je kunt prima in restaurants eromheen eten, veel sfeer, veilig en je kijkt je ogen uit. Hebben 2 x op resort gegeten ook prima met live muziek erbij. The gym valt tegen,1 loopband die het niet doet, een afgedankte roeimachine en wat half kapotte fietsen en weinig oefen materiaal. Spa heeft goede massage maar de rest is minder en ze rekenen Europese prijzen en dat is te hoog voor dit land. Zwembaden en strand zijn prima, het is een wat rustiger gedeelte en weinig last van opdringerige mensen. Mensen zijn op resort en ook in hele land erg aardig. Natuurlijk wordt je buiten het resort snel aangesproken voor een taxi of local guide maar dat hoort bij dit land. Het was een byzondere Afrikaanse ervaring.

Sólo tenía una maravillosa 11 noches aquí habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas ducha fantástica tenía una habitación en la parte trasera que miraba los árboles fue un poco desapontado con la viuda en el primer lugar pero no por mucho tiempo los pájaros más magníficos que he visto y los monos Dos veces al día

He estado en Badala Park muchas veces durante los años, pero no por mucho tiempo, todo fue bueno hasta mi última noche, había puesto D1000 en mi pasaporte para pagar mi tarifa en el aeropuerto, Necesito ir a mi habitación para conseguir mi cargador y estaba mirando a mis amigos en el bolso de la mosqueta y romper su velocidad, así que le pedí al barman Ousman que mirara los bolsillos mientras me acerqué a mi habitación que los puso detrás del bar, La mañana siguiente, cuando estaba ordenando todas mis cosas, comprobé mi pasaporte y el dinero se había ido !!!
