Premier Inn Caernarfon

It was a good stay

We’ve stayed in several Premier Inns and this one certainly did not disappoint. The location is really good - the town centre is a pleasant 5 minute stroll along the quayside and there is ample car parking nearby. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. As usual staff were really helpful and welcoming, even recommending a local taxi firm for us. The adjoining restaurant had a beautiful setting right on Victoria Dock and served tasty and good value breakfasts and main meals.

Lovely hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea, and with a short walk to the walls of Caernarfon Castle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. While there is no parking at the hotel, there is a carpark just over the road and easily reached, and there is also a number of Blue Badge parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, and we managed to get one of these each time we returned to the hotel - and as a Blue Badge holder this made our stay much easier. I stayed with a group of friends, prior to setting off on a charity bike ride from Caernarfon to Cardiff. The team at the Premier Inn welcomed us and were able to organise an early, (very early), breakfast for us, they provided us with the perfect start to what was going to be an amazing day. Thank you all.

Two nights in premier inn Caerafon and i must say we had an amazing stay and wished we stayed longer. £5.50 for 24 hours the car park is just 2 minutes from the hotel not very far to walk. Town centre is just 5 minutes away, we had a lovely walk around the castle and plenty of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. The Harbour restaurant is just across away from the hotel over looking the sea views. We met a couple of lovely staff during our stay always had a smile on their faces and always asked us if there was anything we needed during our stay even if it was just extra towels, tea and coffee the staff were more than happy to help. Special mention to Jodie,Gabriell and the team for the lovely note you left in our room along with some good selection of biscuits they went down a treat lol. Both ladies were so lovely and welcoming and always had a smile on their faces and a typical welsh humour you both made our stay!! Our room was cleaned by Marcel very clean, comfortable and quiet excellent value for money. thank you marcel. The food was lovely, both breakfast and the evening meal which were very generous in their portions. We would like to say thank you to Nicola in the harbour restaurant you are a credit to the your team. we will definitely be booking again soon as we feel as if we didn't get to see much in two days. thank you we will be back.xx

Staff helpfulness and attitude was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for reception staff in making it a memorable stay.

Great location. Hotel was everything as expected. Everyone slept well, great location to explore the town. It was the quiet end of town, so had a sleepy vibe about it. Bit of a surprise find really. I’d definitely use the hotel again.
