La mejor atención del personal Valeria Juarez y Stefania Amado, dos profesionales en hospitalidad y calidad humana. En cuanto al hotel, lo que respecta a la parte edilicia es hermoso, en cuanto al trato de los managers me resultó discriminador y violento. La mujer que estaba encargada de los ascensores para dirigirte a los restaurantes y/o sky bares deja mucho que desear, es una vergüenza tener un empleado como ella, como así también el servicio de mozos de la parte del desayuno están mal predispuestos, los dos días tuvimos que pedir 20 veces un café, o cualquier otra cosa que se les pedía tuve que reiterar en varias oportunidades. El hotel no respeta la diversidad cultural, me sentí discriminada en varias situaciones, y es lamentable que siendo un 5 estrellas traten a los huéspedes latinos de esta manera. NO VOLVERIA A ALOJARME EN LEBUA. Y ME GUSTARIA RECIBIR LAS CORRESPONDIENTES DEISCULPAS POR EL MALTRATO.

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

Felicitaciones por su éxito de apertura. El 31 de mayo, a las 10 horas, nos convirtieron en los primeros clientes, con la bienvenida de Ben cuando se abrió la puerta del ascensor, nuestros masajes fueron calientes, comprometidos y profesionales, con excelentes manos firmes para nuestro masaje de remedio de aceite. El servicio de concierge a través de WhatsApp es conveniente, eficiente y lo que los viajeros modernos consideran útil. No hay nada que pedir para el excelente equipo de FS, que está orientado al servicio y bien entrenado. La vista del río Chao Phrya y la ciudad de BKK, día y noche, es hermosa. Atención servicio de piscina al llegar, toallas frescas preparadas sobre camas solares, agua helada para todos, revistas y pantalla solar en mano, lo que más se podría pedir. El hotel dispone de una zona de baño con piscina, un ambiente de baño con piscina, habitaciones de un nivel inferior, inmaculadas y agradables. El Wi-Fi está disponible en todas las partes del hotel. Por último, la comida y el ambiente. El hotel tiene un lujo comodidad. El barrio es grande y impresionante. El desayuno en Riva tiene huevos hechos a orden, frescos cortes de frutas tropicales, pastos flácidos.

Ven a Bangkok con familia y encontrar alojamiento cerca del mar, para que podamos ir a un crucero por la noche. Cuando vi este lugar, había una habitación familiar, muy buena. Reúnemos 4 adultos y 2 otros niños. Sólo puedo reservar una habitación. El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 habitaciones, muy amplia. Hoteles en Francis: Este hotel es muy acogedor, muy cerca de la embajada de Francia. Tenía una cita para renovar mi pasaporte. El personal del establecimiento es agradable y bienvenido. La habitación es muy bonita, y muy limpia. Recomiendo con firmeza este establecimiento de excelente calidad. Aunque está cerca de la embajada de Francia, está situado en el barrio de joyas de Bangkok con muy pocos restaurantes alrededor, lo que es una lástima para la noche.

El hotel fue una sorpresa muy agradable y superó nuestras expectativas en todas las áreas. El hotel está decorado con sabores tradicionales de toques tailandeses. El desayuno buffet fue fenomenal - al punto de que cuando nos quedamos en otro hotel de Bangkok que fue 4 veces el precio, pensábamos en volver a Montien sólo por el desayuno! La ubicación es perfecta y a pocos pasos del tren, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Gracias a Montien Staff por una estupenda estancia.

I booked this hotel with the promise of it being something truly unique. It's often listed as among the top 10 budget designer hotels in Bangkok. I've been to Bangkok many times and have stayed in many different places, but it was my girlfriend's first time in the city and so wanted to try something different. I booked this hotel because it seemed to have a bit of character, especially in the unique design of the rooms. However: -while the rooms do indeed have unique design, they are more tacky than anything. The room I stayed in felt like some sort of warped sex dungeon, without proper storage for clothes or even basic amenities one might expect for a room of this price -the service was aloof, not warm or helpful at all (regardless of language barrier). There is reception for limited hours (ostensibly 9am - 9om), but the reception disk was often vacant even during those hours. At one point I had to wait for 20 minutes -they try to nickel and dime guests to death, as confirmed by other reviewers here, for instance charging 400 Baht to clean pillow cases stained by my girlfriend's hair dye (normal bleach would have removed the stain) -NO breakfast is included or even available. There is a cafe but it looks permanently closed. The only option is street food, which might not be suitable for all travellers. -the location is a double-edged sword. It's a VERY local part of Bangkok, which can be good or bad depending on your perspective. I think it's a bit nice to escape the Khao Sah / Sukhumvit tourist bubbles and see a bit of what REAL Bangkok is like, but it might not be suitable for first time visitors to the city (there is no restaurants nearby, for example). On the other hand, the BTS and Chao Phraya Express stops are only 600m away. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the accessibility to other parts of the city is actually quite good. In summary, there is an abundance of accommodation choices in Bangkok. At this price point, you can get MUCH better value, even if you might have to join the backpacker hordes in Khao San or Sukhumvit.

En Soi Charoenkring 58, la entrada al puente de pesca de Bangkok Entrar en la calle y girar a la derecha, la primera calle es una pequeña calle. No hay aparcamientos que pasen por el mercado de pescado, hay un olor de pescado y un cacho de agua en la carretera. Pero dentro del alojamiento es limpio, tranquilo, sin olor, espaciosa habitación, buena agua corriente, aire acondicionado fresco, vista al río Chao Phraya. En el centro de Bangkok, en la Universidad de Rajamangala, Asia, Saphan Taksin Bangrak, se puede caminar fácilmente hasta la parada de autobús. Si no le importa el entorno delante del hotel como un mercado de pescado, se considera que el alojamiento es valioso para relajarse.

Este hotel es un hotel chino desagradable. No hay tejido en el baño. Usan lavado de agua ...indian como.. ,Vi muchos huéspedes indios. 😂no Chopstick en desayuno.no uno limpia mi habitación en mi hotel del último día Incluso llamé y fui al front desk para decirle al personal de servicio. Una de las damas de recepción fue muy dura, levantar su voz para mí enfatizar Normalmente el check in es 2pm como yo pedí para el check in 1330..i saben como usted dijo Normalmente. Pero debería ser una anormal a veces. No todos están check out 1200. Sea amable y amable! ¡El resto es bueno!

Excelentes servicios, el personal fue amable y servicial, dispuesto a hacer un esfuerzo adicional para los huéspedes. Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas por el precio, con todas las comodidades para una estancia confortable, aunque un poco anticuadas y eventualmente les vendría bien una renovación. La ubicación es bastante conveniente con un centro comercial conectado, por lo que puede encontrar cualquier cosa que pueda necesitar. Hay comida callejera local por todas partes y varios restaurantes de alta gama a 10 minutos en coche. El distrito de negocios y las principales atracciones turísticas se encuentran a 20 o 30 minutos en coche, dependiendo del tráfico. En general, es un excelente lugar para hosped**** para viajeros pragmáticos que no necesitan lo ”mejor” de todo.

太喜歡了！！房間又大又乾淨！！！而且前台的姐姐也很熱情，早餐很齊全，旁邊就有很多小吃和夜市，地理位置也很方便！！強烈推薦！！！

Sin desayuno, estilo apartamento, ¡este precio es caro! El equipo de la habitación es antiguo, principalmente cerca de la estación de metro, así que elija aquí. El servicio esta bien. Es muy conveniente dar un paseo en barco por el metro para comer.
